A cylinder cover (10) is provided on the top of the cylinder body (1). The bottom of the cylinder cover (10) extends into the inner cavity of the cylinder body (1). A sealing ring (13) is provided on the top of the cylinder cover (10). A top plate (14) is provided on the top of the sealing ring (13). A first bolt (7) is provided on the outer side of the top of the top plate (14).
