本实用新型公开一种旋流分离器和吸油烟机，油烟流经过流间隙时，可在旋流叶片的作用下形成漩涡上升气流，油烟中的部分油滴在离心力的落在分离通道的侧壁，在此过程中，油烟会收到离心力作用，由于油分的重量大于烟气的重量，因此油烟中的油分在离心力的作用下会被甩向过流通道的腔壁，再在气流的作用下沿过流通道的腔壁流出出风口后流向漏油孔，通过漏油孔流入漏油通道。如此，既可以提高对油烟中油液的分离效果，又可以将分离后流出出风口的油液通过漏油孔收集至漏油通道内，从而防止油液粘附在旋流分离器外部的结构上，以提高对分离后油液的收集效果。
