Abstract

一种双取值结构的分流器，它包括依次连接的第一紫铜板、第一锰铜板、第二紫铜板、第二锰铜板、第三紫铜板，第一紫铜板和第三紫铜板设接线孔；第一紫铜板与第二紫铜板靠近第一锰铜板处设两第一接线柱；第二紫铜板与第三紫铜板靠近第二锰铜板处设两第二接线柱，制备方法：加工五块基材，先焊接第一紫铜板、第一锰铜板、第二紫铜板形成第一中间板；再焊接第二锰铜板、第三紫铜板形成第二中间板；然后将两个中间板焊接，最后焊接接线柱并调阻。使用方法：接入负载电流，分别从第一接线柱和第二接线柱测电压，据第一锰铜板和第二锰铜板电阻分别计算电流，取电流平均值作为最终电流值。本申请通过双锰铜设计实现冗余备份和误差校准。
