By designing an upgrade circuit for the instrument panel of a mining dump truck, and using a CH559 microcontroller to simulate a USB flash drive and an offline downloader, remote upgrades of the instrument panel software and UI interface of the mining dump truck were achieved. This solved the problem of needing to disassemble and replace the instrument panel in existing technologies, and improved upgrade efficiency.
