一种转盘，有效的解决了对患儿睡眠要求口头讲解时效率低，及家属易遗忘的问题；包括前后轴向的圆盘，转盘上开设有V型的缺口，圆盘前端面固定有三个长隔条和三个短隔条，圆盘前端固定有三个弧形隔条，圆盘上开设有多个沿其圆周方向分布且开口朝前的定位孔，转盘上设有可前后移动的定位柱，转盘前端开设有波浪形槽和不规则形槽，波浪形槽和不规则形槽内分别滑动连接有滑柱；相较于传统口头讲解，避免了信息传递模糊、家属易遗忘的问题，极大提高了信息传递效率，确保患儿家属能清晰、准确地获取检查前睡眠要求信息，保障视频脑电图检查的准确性和有效性，整体结构设计符合医疗场景使用需求，实用性强。
