Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型防潮阻水控制电缆，涉及控制电缆技术领域，旨在解决电缆的老化开裂，导致水汽渗入电缆内部，造成电气性能及使用寿命下降的问题，采用的技术方案是，包括线芯、填充材料和垫层，线芯设有两组，包括导体、绝缘层、第一包带层和阻水层，导体外侧挤包有绝缘层，绝缘层外侧还依次包覆有第一包带层和阻水层；两组线芯绞合成缆芯，缆芯外包覆有第二包带层，且缆芯与第二包带层之间填充有填充材料，第二包带层外侧依次设有纵包带层、内护套、垫层、铠装层和外护套，通过采用阻水层、填充材料、纵包带层、内护套和外护套，形成多层物理阻水屏障，从线芯到整体电缆实现全方位防水，有效阻挡外部水分侵入。
