A nylon 6 tail gas recovery system

Abstract

The application provides a nylon 6 tail gas recovery system, which comprises a settling chamber, a tail gas filter, a particle dissolver and a particle filter connected in sequence; the particle dissolver is further connected with a tail gas absorption tower and a desalted water buffer tank through a spiral heat exchanger; and the tail gas filter is further connected with the tail gas absorption tower. In the system, the recovered nylon 6 particles are discharged into the particle dissolver for heating and dissolving after three-step filtration through the settling chamber, the tail gas filter and the tail gas absorption tower, so that a nylon 6 solution with a concentration of about 30% can be produced, material loss is reduced, pollution of the on-site environment is reduced, and safe and stable operation of the equipment is ensured.
