Abstract

This application discloses an injection mold for easy demolding of a spring seat with internal and external threads, relating to the field of injection molding technology. It includes a fixed mold and a moving mold. An upper mold core is disposed within the fixed mold, and a lower mold core is disposed within the moving mold. A core rod is rotatably disposed within the fixed mold. A drive assembly for moving the core rod is disposed on the fixed mold. Two movable plates are symmetrically disposed within the moving mold, extending into the lower mold core. A drive rod for moving the movable plates is disposed at the bottom of the fixed mold, and a push rod for demolding the spring seat is disposed within the moving mold. When demolding the spring seat, the drive assembly drives the core rod to rotate. Simultaneously, the core rod moves along its own axial direction, causing the bottom of the core rod to separate from the first external and first internal threads of the spring seat. The moving mold then moves downwards, and the fixed mold, via the drive rod, drives the two movable plates to move away from each other. The push rod then moves to eject the spring seat, thus facilitating demolding of the spring seat with internal and external threads.
