A steel coil labeling machine

Abstract

The application discloses a steel coil labeling machine, a rack is arranged vertically along the conveying direction of the steel coil; a ground rail assembly is arranged on the top of the rack; a labeling assembly is arranged on the ground rail assembly; a printer is arranged on the top of the rack and located beside the ground rail assembly, the output end of the printer faces the side where the labeling assembly is located; and a flattening assembly is arranged in the working area of the labeling assembly. In the application, the ground rail assembly is fixed on the top of the rack to provide a horizontal moving track for the labeling assembly to adapt to the labeling position of steel coils of different sizes. The labeling assembly is slidingly installed on the ground rail assembly and can be adjusted to realize accurate positioning of the label in the circumferential direction of the steel coil. The output end of the printer faces the labeling assembly, so that the printed label can be directly grabbed, and the transfer path is reduced. The flattening assembly is integrated in the working area of the labeling assembly, the label is flattened immediately after being adsorbed, air bubbles caused by uneven manual pressing force are avoided, the effective adhesion of the label to the circumferential surface of the steel coil is ensured, and the subsequent identification accuracy and stability are improved.
