A rapid sampler

Abstract

The application relates to a quick sampler, and relates to the technical field of food sampling tools, which comprises a lower jaw head, the upper surface of the lower jaw head is fixedly connected with a stand column, the top end of the outer circumferential surface of the stand column is slidably sleeved with an upper jaw head, and the inside of the upper jaw head is fixedly connected with equally-spaced sampling tubes. The first spring with a stiffness coefficient smaller than that of the second spring is arranged, so that the upper jaw head is displaced before the push rod when the top plate is pressed down, and then the sampling tubes are inserted into samples and sampling holes, sampling work is completed, the upper jaw head is limited through the arrangement of a limiting ring after the sampling work of the sampling tubes is completed, and then the top plate continues to drive the push rod to move downward, so that the samples in the sampling tubes are pushed out, sampling work is completed, and after sampling is completed, the sampler is automatically reset under the elastic force of the first spring and the second spring. The sampler as a whole realizes quick sampling, improves sampling efficiency, can keep the uniformity of samples, and reduces experimental errors.
