An apparatus for detecting and evaluating the caking property of coking coal

Abstract

This invention discloses a device for testing and evaluating the caking properties of coking coal, comprising a base and a rotating drum. A detachable sealing cap is provided at one end of the rotating drum. A support is vertically mounted above the base, and a horizontal support shaft is rotatably mounted inside the top of the support. Both ends of the support shaft are located outside the support, and a chuck is provided at one end of the support shaft. A clamping seat corresponding to the chuck is coaxially provided on the side of the rotating drum away from the sealing cap. The clamping seat is placed inside the chuck and clamped in place. The other end of the support shaft is driven to rotate by a driving device. In use, the rotating drum holding the coal is detachable, making it easy to remove from the machine body and clean up any debris that falls during rotation. Most importantly, in use, after placing the coal in the rotating drum and covering it with the sealing cap, the clamping seat is aligned with the chuck to clamp it. At this point, the rotating drum is coaxially fixed to the support shaft. The operation is simple and convenient.
