Insulating cover and high-voltage dc relay

Abstract

The application relates to an insulating cover and a high-voltage direct-current relay, the insulating cover comprising a cover main body and an insulating ring, the cover main body comprising a side part and a top part connected with each other, the end face of the end of the side part away from the top part being provided with a first groove and a connecting part, the connecting part being used for welding a metal part and being located outside the first groove, the insulating ring being at least partially protruding from the surface of the side part and being located inside the first groove, and the cover main body being provided with a through hole used for penetrating a static contact, the through hole being located on the side of the insulating ring facing the top part. The insulating cover and the high-voltage direct-current relay of the application increase the creepage path between the static contact and the metal part by the side wall of the first groove and the insulating ring, the first groove is located between the connecting part and the insulating ring, so that when the metal part is welded at the connecting part, the solder is not easy to flow to the insulating ring under the blockage of the first groove, thereby ensuring the insulation effect of the insulating ring, and the insulating ring more effectively increases the creepage distance, so as to improve the insulation performance.
