A load lead-out connection structure and a relay

Abstract

The application relates to a load lead-out end connecting structure and a relay. The load lead-out end connecting structure comprises a ceramic sheet, a lead-out end body and a ceramic cover. The ceramic sheet is made of high-strength ceramic, the lead-out end body is provided with a first matching surface, the ceramic cover is provided with a second matching surface, and the first matching surface and the second matching surface are oppositely arranged. The lower surface of the ceramic sheet is welded to the second matching surface, and the upper surface is directly welded to the first matching surface. The material combination between the ceramic sheet and the second matching surface is compatible in terms of thermal expansion coefficients, and the thermal expansion coefficients of the ceramic sheet and the second matching surface are close. When heated or cooled after welding, the expansion or shrinkage degree is close, the thermal stress of the welding position can be significantly reduced, ceramic cracking can be reduced, and the reliability and stability of the structure connection are improved. Moreover, since the ceramic sheet is made of high-strength ceramic material, the risk of cracking of the ceramic sheet itself caused by welding between the ceramic sheet and the first matching surface can be greatly reduced.
