Abstract

The application relates to a pulling device and a formation equipment, the pulling device is used for pulling a suction nozzle, the suction nozzle comprises a main body and an abutting portion, the abutting portion is arranged around the main body, and the pulling device comprises a base, a suction nozzle pulling mechanism, the suction nozzle pulling mechanism comprises a mounting plate, the mounting plate is movably arranged on the base, the mounting plate is provided with a pulling hole, the pulling hole is provided with a large hole portion and a small hole portion which are arranged side by side along a first horizontal direction, the large hole portion is configured to allow the suction nozzle to pass through, and the radial dimension of the small hole portion is smaller than the maximum radial dimension of the abutting portion in the horizontal direction, a moving mechanism is connected with the suction nozzle pulling mechanism, the moving mechanism is configured to drive the suction nozzle pulling mechanism to move along the first horizontal direction, so that the suction nozzle is moved from the large hole portion to the small hole portion, and the moving mechanism is further configured to drive the suction nozzle pulling mechanism to move along a vertical direction, so that the hole edge of the small hole portion is in abutment with the upper surface of the abutting portion, and the suction nozzle is pulled.
