Integrated busbar system for battery modules

Abstract

The application provides a battery module integrated busbar system, and belongs to the technical field of integrated busbar. The integrated busbar system comprises an insulating support plate, series-connected aluminum bars, an FPC circuit board and an output connector. The aluminum bars and the FPC circuit board are fixed on the insulating support plate respectively. Each aluminum bar is used for series connecting the cell poles of two adjacent battery units to form a cell series main circuit. The FPC circuit board is electrically connected with the aluminum bars through a connecting sheet. The output connector is located at the end of the insulating support plate and extends outward. One end of the output connector is electrically connected with the FPC circuit board, and the other end of the output connector is used for being electrically connected with an external controller. The application can reduce the lead wire harness of the CCS through the integrated optimization of the FPC circuit board. One acquisition control circuit is connected with each battery unit respectively, so that the independent control of each battery unit can be realized, and the misjudgment caused by the line interference of the centralized acquisition can be avoided.
