Titanium pump power supply voltage and power display circuit

Abstract

The utility model discloses a titanium pump power voltage and power display circuit for detecting the titanium pump working current and output voltage of microwave vacuum tube to accurately reflect the vacuum degree state. The circuit comprises a high-voltage output end, a current sampling resistor R15, voltage sampling resistors R10 and R14, a voltage sampling signal follower U2, a differential amplifier U3 and a current sampling signal follower U4. R15 is connected in series between the high-voltage output end and the load to detect the weak current of the titanium pump; R10 and R14 are arranged at the front end of R15 to divide and sample the high voltage; U2 and U4 isolate the voltage and current signals, and U3 is a differential signal amplification circuit. The circuit is additionally provided with operational amplifiers U1, U5 and U6, U1 is a voltage control signal error amplifier circuit, U5 is a voltage signal indication amplification circuit, and U6 is a current signal amplification circuit. The three independent amplification circuits facilitate the processing of respective unit signals and further improve the detection stability. The design of dual power supply and instrument amplifier can effectively monitor the vacuum degree of the microwave vacuum tube.
