Heat exchanger and air conditioner with corrugated fins

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of heat exchanger technology, specifically providing a heat exchanger and air conditioner with corrugated fins. This invention aims to solve the problem of poor overall performance in existing heat exchangers. To this end, the heat exchanger of this invention includes multiple corrugated fins and refrigerant pipes penetrating the multiple fins. Each fin includes a fin body and at least one row of clamps disposed on the fin body. The clamps are penetrated by the refrigerant pipes and thermally connected to them. The fin body includes multiple corrugations, with each row of clamps corresponding to at least four corrugations. The ratio of the height of the highest corrugation to the distance between two adjacent fins is selected from any value between 0 and 3. This invention avoids both excessively small or large spacing between fins and ensures the turbulence of the corrugations on the airflow, making the spacing between fins coordinated with the height of the corrugations in the fin body, thus improving the overall performance of the heat exchanger.
