The differential-mode X capacitor is mounted on either the positive or negative busbar and connected to both. The common-mode inductor is mounted on both the positive and negative busbars. The redesigned capacitor structure solves the bottleneck problem in the development of motor drive systems towards higher power density, higher efficiency, and higher reliability.
