Description

Technical Field

[0001] This utility model relates to the field of monkey climbing frame technology, and in particular to a monkey climbing frame that is easy to disassemble and assemble. Background Technology

[0002] Easy-to-disassemble monkey climbing frames are a type of feeding facility designed to meet the needs of monkey groups for activity, climbing, and habitat. They can be easily disassembled and assembled and are commonly used in monkey enclosures in zoos and animal research institutions. The aim is to simulate the monkeys' natural habitat and allow managers to flexibly adjust the layout and structure of the climbing frames according to the actual conditions of the site and the number of monkeys.

[0003] Early monkey climbing frames consisted of fixed-length metal tubes and simple wooden climbing components. These components were often connected by welding in a way that made them either non-removable or difficult to disassemble. This resulted in a fixed structure, limited flexibility, and extreme inconvenience when relocation or maintenance was needed. To address these issues, current monkey climbing frames employ a modular design, breaking the frame down into multiple independently detachable modules: climbing and resting modules. These modules are combined using convenient fasteners and slots. However, existing monkey climbing frames often require numerous bolts for height assembly or necessitate custom-made support columns to meet specific height requirements. This design limits their adaptability. The climbing scaffold has poor adaptability to site height requirements. Once the site height changes, it either requires a lot of time to disassemble and assemble numerous bolts to adjust the height, or it has to be re-customized with support columns, which greatly increases the cost of use. Although the existing modular structure avoids the problem of early climbing scaffolds being difficult to move and maintain because the whole is not disassembled, it still relies on the disassembly and assembly of a large number of bolts or the customization of support columns when adjusting the height. This makes it difficult to adapt to different installation scenarios at different heights in a flexible and low-cost manner, which limits its application in more diverse sites and increases the economic burden of long-term use. Utility Model Content

[0004] To overcome the above shortcomings, this utility model provides a monkey climbing frame that is easy to disassemble and assemble, aiming to improve the problem that the existing technology relies on the disassembly and assembly of a large number of bolts or customized support columns, which makes it difficult for the climbing frame to be flexibly and cost-effectively adapted to installation scenarios of different heights.

[0005] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a monkey climbing frame that is easy to disassemble and assemble, comprising multiple uprights and heightening columns, with crossbars fixedly connected to adjacent sides of the two heightening columns on the front and rear sides, L-shaped support rods fixedly connected to the rear ends of the uprights on the rear side, reinforcing rods fixedly connected to the upper and lower ends of adjacent sides of the two L-shaped support rods, rear support rods fixedly connected to adjacent sides of the upper and lower reinforcing rods, and connecting plates fixedly connected to the rear sides of the two rear support rods, with a connecting mechanism provided on the adjacent sides of the uprights and the heightening columns, and a resting mechanism provided on the front side of the connecting plate; The connecting mechanism includes multiple hollow semi-circular locking blocks. [0022] Working principle: First, when assembling the upright column 1 and the heightened column 4, the adjacent sides of the upright column 1 and the heightened column 4 must be aligned. Then, the lead screw 202 is inserted into the inner wall of the upper and lower hollow semi-circular locking blocks 201. Next, the nut 203 is tightened. At the same time, the limiting rod 204 is inserted into the corresponding limiting hole 205 to further limit the connection between the upright column 1 and the heightened column 4. The relative positions of 4 are then determined. Subsequently, the cover plate 207 is inserted into the recess 206 to protect the internal structure. When connecting the crossbars 5, the hollow connecting sleeve plate 2081 is placed on the adjacent side of the left and right crossbars 5, so that the arc-shaped clamping plate 2082 and the T-shaped clamping plate 2084 are engaged with each other. Then, the connecting rod 2083 is threadedly connected to the crossbar 5 using bolts 2085, thereby achieving a stable connection between the crossbars 5 and finally completing the assembly of the climbing frame. Furthermore, through the resting mechanism 3, the engaging groove 303 on the resting plate 302 is precisely aligned with the trapezoidal limiting strip 301, and then it is securely inserted into it. Next, the limiting rod 304 is inserted into the inner wall of the resting plate 302. In this way, the resting plate 302 is effectively limited. The U-shaped plate 305 and the triangular reinforcing block 307 play an important role in enhancing the support stability of the resting plate 302 in the whole structure, thereby creating a stable and comfortable platform for the monkey to rest.
