A tobacco leaf strand winnower

Abstract

The application discloses a tobacco leaf strand winnowing device, and relates to the technical field of tobacco machinery, which comprises a shell, a material blockage detection unit, an alarm execution unit and a control unit. The bottom of the shell is provided with a material falling port communicating with a winnowing cavity. The material blockage detection unit comprises a through transmission detection channel formed by signal transmitters and receivers on the inner walls of the opposite sides of the material falling port. The control unit drives the alarm execution unit when the signal receiver output is lower than a preset level. In the use process, the through transmission detection channel inside the material falling port can capture the material blockage state in real time, realize millisecond-level sound and light alarm, completely solve the technical problem that the material blockage cannot be found in real time in the tobacco winnowing process, significantly reduce the equipment downtime risk and maintenance manpower investment, and guarantee the continuous and stable operation of the tobacco production line.
