A partition plate is slidably connected between the upper and lower single plates. The outer wall of the partition plate has a U-shaped groove and an I-shaped groove. A rectangular pad is slidably connected to the inner wall of the I-shaped groove, and a sliding pad is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rectangular pad. This utility model allows for easy release of the partition plate by moving the insert rod through the sliding pad, enabling it to slide along the U-shaped groove. This facilitates adjustment of the position according to the number of bid documents and the placement area, achieving targeted classification and preventing bid documents from being stacked and mixed together. It also facilitates the orderly placement of newly added bid documents and reduces bid document deformation caused by compression.
