Abstract

A chef machine with a safety switch, the head and the base are hinged, the bottom of the head is provided with a safety switch, the base is provided with a top rod, the safety switch comprises a shell, a micro switch and a push rod, the micro switch has a pressing piece and a contact, the contact is located below the pressing piece; the push rod is movably installed in the shell, the push rod comprises a touch rod and a connecting rod, the connecting rod is sleeved with an elastic element, the elastic element abuts against the shell; the touch rod is provided with a contact part, the contact part has an inclined surface, the inclined surface is located on one side of the pressing piece, the inclined direction of the inclined surface is consistent with the inclined direction of the pressing piece, the inclined surface is provided with a convex part near one end of the connecting rod; the top rod abuts against the touch rod through the bottom of the head, the convex part triggers the contact when moving. When the head is lifted, the top rod and the touch rod gradually separate, the convex part quickly separates from the pressing piece when the push rod resets, so that the pressing piece can quickly rebound, the micro switch controls the motor to switch from the power-on state to the power-off state, quickly identifies whether the head and the base are installed in place, and the reaction is more sensitive.
