Abstract

The present disclosure provides a side brush assembly and a self-moving cleaning robot. The side brush assembly comprises a base part, a first motor, a bearing part, a gear unit, a wheel hub and a second motor; the first motor is arranged on the base part and is configured to be capable of outputting a torque in a first direction and a torque in a second direction; the bearing part is rotatably arranged on the base part and is configured to swing around a swing axis between a first position and a second position; the gear unit is arranged on the bearing part and is in transmission connection with the first motor; the wheel hub is configured to be capable of rotating relative to a first rotation axis in a first attitude and a second attitude; wherein the gear unit is used to drive the wheel hub to rotate; the second motor is arranged on the base part, and the second motor is used to drive the bearing part to swing between the first position and the second position; wherein the projections of the first motor and the second motor on a plane perpendicular to the swing axis at least partially coincide.
