The cleaning unit comprises a supporting shaft, a cleaning cylinder and a wheel body. The cleaning cylinder is sleeved on the supporting shaft and is fixedly connected with the supporting shaft. The cleaning cylinder is of an elastic structure. There is at least one wheel body. The wheel body is sleeved on the supporting shaft and is fixedly connected with the supporting shaft. The outer diameter of the wheel body is smaller than the outer diameter of the cleaning cylinder. The cleaning unit provided by the application comprises the cleaning cylinder and the wheel body which are fixed on the supporting shaft. When the wheel body contacts the surface to be cleaned, the degree of deformation of the cleaning cylinder is limited. Thus, the cleaning cylinder can be deformed and contacted with the surface to be cleaned, and can also roll under the action of an external force to make the cleaning cylinder relatively slide with the surface to be cleaned, thereby achieving the cleaning of the surface to be cleaned.
