Abstract

An inner hole finishing tool, comprising a rotating rod connected with a machining device and rotatable, a tool for finishing turning of an inner hole of a shock absorber shell is arranged on the rotating rod, the rotating rod comprises a finishing turning part, a anti-blocking part and a rolling part arranged from near to far along the machining direction of the rotating rod, the tool is arranged on the end face of the finishing turning part close to the side of the workpiece to be machined, a plurality of rollers are arranged on the outer surface of the rolling part in the circumferential direction, the rollers are used for boring the inner hole after finishing turning, and the outer diameter of the anti-blocking part is smaller than the outer diameters of the finishing turning part and the rolling part respectively. The inner hole machining is sequentially optimized through the sequential structure of the finishing turning part, the anti-blocking part and the rolling part, that is, the finishing turning part is used for finishing turning first, and then the rolling part is used for boring, which avoids the low efficiency problem caused by the separation of machining steps in the traditional tool, and significantly improves the machining precision and efficiency.
