Abstract

The application relates to a battery structure welding device for welding a battery cover plate and a connecting strip. The welding device comprises a mounting base body, an assembly welding space is arranged in the mounting base body, a cover plate positioning groove plate is movably arranged in the assembly welding space, a cover plate positioning groove compatible with the battery cover plate is arranged at the top of the cover plate positioning groove plate and used for positioning the battery cover plate, a connecting strip clamping mechanism is arranged in the assembly welding space, the connecting strip clamping mechanism has two and is symmetrically distributed above the cover plate positioning groove plate, a connecting strip positioning groove compatible with the connecting strip is arranged on the connecting strip clamping mechanism and used for accommodating and clamping the connecting strip, and a pushing assembly provides a pushing force along a first direction to the cover plate positioning groove plate, so that the battery cover plate abuts against the connecting strip. The battery cover plate and the connecting strip are positioned by the cover plate positioning groove plate and the cover plate positioning groove respectively, and the battery cover plate and the connecting strip are abutted against by the pushing assembly, so that accurate welding between the battery cover plate and the connecting strip is realized, and the welding quality is improved.
