Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of broaching machines, and one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a mechanical arm broaching machine capable of automatically feeding and discharging for iron cover processing. The broaching machine comprises a broaching machine body, a bottom plate, a storage box, a rotating shaft, a mechanical arm, clamping blocks and a feeding and discharging mechanism. The bottom plate is fixedly connected to one end of the broaching machine body. The storage box is arranged at the top end of the bottom plate. The rotating shaft is arranged on the broaching machine body through a rotating mechanism. The rotating mechanism is used to drive the rotating shaft to rotate. The mechanical arm is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft. Two clamping blocks are arranged at the two ends of the mechanical arm through clamping mechanisms. The clamping mechanisms are used to drive the two clamping blocks to clamp and fix the iron cover. The feeding and discharging mechanism is arranged on the storage box and is used to automatically feed the iron cover stored in the storage box. Through the above technical solution, the technical problem that manual feeding and discharging of operators is time-consuming and laborious and reduces the efficiency of iron cover processing in the prior art is solved.
