An auxiliary cutting tool effectively solves the problems of existing cutting devices failing to provide stable support for adhesive tape rolls with different apertures, affecting the smoothness of cutting and easily causing hand injuries. It includes a box with a forward-facing opening, a through groove on the right side wall of the box, a fixed shaft fixed inside the box, multiple radial grooves on the fixed shaft, support blocks slidably connected within the radial grooves, a roller fixed inside the box, and two horizontal plates fixed inside the box. The upper end of the horizontal plates is tilted to the right, and a V-shaped elastic sheet with an upward-facing opening is fixed to the right end of the left horizontal plate. A cutting blade with teeth tilted downwards to the left is fixed to the top of the through groove. This utility model has a clever structure and is easy to use, effectively avoiding the problem of adhesive tape roll shaking and shifting. It solves the problem of traditional exposed cutting teeth easily causing accidental scratches when medical staff handle adhesive tape or adjust the device.
