Abstract

The application discloses a gantry frame, a 3D printer comprising the gantry frame and a printing system comprising the printer, the gantry frame comprising two upright columns, a bottom crossbeam, a connecting device, a bottom plate and a reinforcing device; the upright column is provided with an inner cavity and upper and lower openings, and a cutting groove is arranged on the inner side of the bottom end; the protruding parts on the two sides of the bottom crossbeam are embedded into the cutting grooves to form a sliding fit and are arranged between the two upright columns; the reinforcing device comprises two reinforcing components, each reinforcing component comprises a reinforcing ring and a fixing surface which are integrally formed and form a right angle, the reinforcing ring is sleeved on the upright column and is provided with a lateral notch, the fixing surface abuts against the bottom crossbeam, and the components are fixed through screw holes and fasteners. Through accurate positioning, reinforcing protection and cooperative adaptation design, the application solves the problems of poor stability, inconvenient assembly and insufficient protection of the traditional frame, improves the 3D printing precision and reliability, reduces the use and maintenance cost, and is suitable for high-precision 3D printing scenes.
