Disc brake caliper housing structure

Abstract

The application provides a disc brake shell structure, and belongs to the technical field of disc brakes. The disc brake shell structure comprises a first connecting shell and a lock core. The lock core is installed in the first connecting shell. One end of the first connecting shell is provided with a bearing plate. The bearing plate is integrally formed with the first connecting shell. The bearing plate is provided with a through hole and a sensing groove. The lock core linearly slides in the through hole. The top of the first connecting shell is provided with a second connecting shell. The bearing plate comprises a first force receiving part and a second force receiving part. The through hole is arranged in the first force receiving part. A steel ring is installed in the through hole. The inner wall of the steel ring and the outer wall of the lock core are attached to each other. The application solves the problem that the existing disc brake shell adopts a split design, especially the front bearing plate is fixedly spliced and embedded through screws, and there is a gap between the parts, which is prone to breaking under impact.
