A detection device and a high-speed conveyor belt

Abstract

The application relates to a detection device and a high-speed conveying belt, and relates to the technical field of conveying belts. The detection device comprises a frame body and a detection piece. The frame body comprises a first support and a second support, and the first support and the second support are respectively installed at two ends of a conveying roller of the high-speed conveying belt. The detection piece comprises a proximity switch and a detection block, the proximity switch is installed on the first support and is provided with a gap between the first support; and the detection block is slidingly installed in the gap. A detection line is arranged on the detection block, and one end of the detection line, which is away from the detection block, is fixed on the second support. When the detection device is used, it is not necessary to regularly stop or open a cover to check the running state of the high-speed conveying belt. After the high-speed conveying belt is out of gear, the proximity switch can send an electric signal. The detection process is efficient, and it is not necessary to stop, so that the normal production efficiency of the high-speed conveying belt is not affected. The detection process and result are more reliable, and the situation that crops are detected due to misjudgment of an operator does not occur.
