Abstract

The application discloses a processing circulation line, which is characterized in that a plurality of positioning carriers are arranged at intervals on a processing conveying assembly, an assembling device can directly process workpieces on the positioning carriers, a plurality of different devices can simultaneously and continuously process on the positioning carriers, the circulation time between each work station is effectively shortened, and the traditional taking and placing mechanism is directly saved; meanwhile, the overall structure is compact through parallel arrangement of a feeding conveying line and the processing conveying assembly; in cooperation with a transfer mechanism, the tray can be automatically returned from the positioning carrier at the end of the processing conveying assembly to the starting point of the feeding conveying line, a closed circulation conveying path is formed, and the automation degree and operation continuity of the production line are improved. In addition, the positioning pin on the supporting plate is inserted into the positioning hole of the tray to realize accurate positioning of the tray and ensure the yield rate. Therefore, the processing circulation line has the advantages of simple structure, small space occupation, low cost, improved overall production rhythm and efficiency.
