Abstract

This application discloses a counterweight frame for elevators, belonging to the field of elevator equipment technology. It includes a guide rail, with a counterweight frame movably connected to the inner side of the guide rail. An overspeed protection device is fixedly connected to the side of the counterweight frame near the guide rail. The overspeed protection device includes a bracket fixedly connected to the side of the counterweight frame near the guide rail, a wheel fixedly connected to the outer side of the bracket near the guide rail, and a protection mechanism fixedly connected to the outer side of the bracket near the counterweight frame. This utility model, by incorporating an overspeed protection device, improves safety during use. In the event of an uncontrolled fall, the anti-slip sleeve drives the wheel, causing the driving gear to rotate at high speed, which in turn drives the driven gear, causing the fixed block to rotate at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the moving block and connecting rod move outward, causing the anti-slip plate to contact the connecting plate, preventing the anti-slip sleeve from rotating. This increases resistance and reduces the falling speed, ensuring the safety of the equipment and the user.
