A detachable movable gantry for water pump installation

Abstract

This utility model discloses a detachable mobile gantry frame for installing and positioning water pumps. It consists of two parts: the lower structure includes two identical left and right sections, each with an inverted T-shaped support leg. A caster with a brake is mounted under the bottom cross brace of each leg, and a screw with a helical transmission mechanism is installed inside. The nut on the screw has an ear plate I, which is set in a limiting groove and hinged to the lower end of a push rod. The limiting groove is located on the bottom cross brace of the inverted T-shaped support leg. The upper structure adopts a portal frame design. The front side of the portal frame column has an ear plate II. A handcart is mounted on the crossbeam, and a turnbuckle is hung below the handcart. A wire rope is hung below the turnbuckle. The portal frame column is fitted onto the column of the inverted T-shaped support leg, and the ear plate II is hinged to the upper end of the push rod. Using this gantry frame to install and position water pumps saves time, labor, materials, and costs, and does not require damage to the concrete structure.
