Warehouse fork truck with cargo anti-collision function

Abstract

The application discloses a warehouse forklift with a cargo anti-collision function, and relates to the technical field of warehouse logistics equipment. The forklift comprises a moving support, a driving mechanism for driving the moving support to move in the X-axis direction, a portal, a cargo fork assembly and a lifting mechanism. The cargo fork assembly comprises a fork tooth for supporting and lifting the cargo and a lifting frame vertically and slidingly connected to the portal. The lifting mechanism is used for driving the lifting frame to lift relative to the portal. The fork tooth extends in the X-axis direction. A sensor is arranged on the cargo fork assembly and used for detecting the position offset of the cargo in the X-axis direction. The sensor arranged on the cargo fork assembly can detect the position offset of the cargo in the length direction of the fork tooth, so that measures can be taken in time to prevent the cargo from sliding or colliding, and the safety and stability of the warehouse operation are improved.
