Gasifier ring cavity gas supply assembly and gasifier

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of water coal slurry cold wall furnace, in particular to a gasification furnace cavity changing gas supply assembly and a gasification furnace. The gasification furnace cavity gas supply assembly comprises a gas supply pipe, a first gas supply assembly and a second gas supply assembly, the second gas supply assembly is connected with a nitrogen source; the first gas supply assembly is connected with a synthetic gas source, the first gas supply assembly comprises a first gas supply piece, a first flow adjusting piece and a first check valve, one end of the first gas supply piece is connected with the synthetic gas source, the other end of the first gas supply piece is connected with one end of the first flow adjusting piece, the other end of the first flow adjusting piece is connected with one end of the first check valve; the gas inlet end of the gas supply pipe is connected with one end of the first check valve and the respective outlets of the second gas supply assembly, respectively, and the outlet of the gas supply pipe is connected with the gasification furnace cavity in communication, the application provides the gasification furnace cavity gas supply assembly, which is convenient for switching the gasification furnace cavity gas supply, so as to improve the stability of the device use.
