Centrifugal pump with positioning ring and connecting plate

Abstract

The application discloses a centrifugal pump with a positioning ring and a connecting plate, which comprises at least thirty-five sections of pump shells which are axially stacked outside a motor shaft and are locked in the axial direction through bolts and other components. The centrifugal pump is also provided with a connecting plate body and a positioning ring, wherein the connecting plate body is assembled between the twenty-second section and the twenty-third section of the pump shells, and the positioning ring is assembled between the last section and the second last section of the pump shells. Through the unique structural design of the connecting plate body and the positioning ring, the precise positioning and connection of the pump shells are realized by cooperating with a positioning pipe, the problems of insufficient bolt strength and easy displacement of the pump shells during the stacking of the multi-stage pump shells are effectively solved, the running stability and the sealing performance of the centrifugal pump are improved, the mechanical failure risk is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the installation, disassembly and maintenance are facilitated.
