The utility model belongs to the field of coiler spare parts technology, especially relates to a pivot pin of coiler guide pinch roll, including pin and copper bush, the left end of pin is integrally connected with shoulder, a plurality of thread holes are set up in the right end shaft surface, pin is connected with baffle through hexagon bolt, the outer wall of pin is located the right side of shoulder and is equipped with the locating ring of set, the outer wall of right end is equipped with copper bush, the periphery of copper bush left side is integrally connected with limiting ring, copper pad is additionally arranged between the copper bush and baffle of the rightmost end of pin, and the thickness of copper pad is greater than the thickness of copper bush. This pivot pin makes pin rotate along with the lifting of guide pinch roll, avoids the wear of pin under the working condition of frequent lifting of pinch roll, also won't make baffle crack and pin run out and fall off due to torque effect, prolongs the overall service life of pivot pin, and reduces maintenance cost.
