Mounting structure of retainer in linear motion device

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of linear guide rails, in particular to a mounting structure of a retainer in a linear motion device, which comprises a sliding block, a retainer assembly and a retainer strip. The retainer assembly is connected with the sliding block and comprises the retainer strip. The retainer strip is provided with an insertion strip which is inserted on two inner side walls of the sliding block. The sliding block is provided with an insertion groove for the insertion strip. A rolling body groove is formed between the retainer strip and the sliding block. At least one elastic gap is formed on the insertion strip, and the opening of the elastic gap is arranged towards or away from the insertion groove. In the natural state, the width c of the insertion strip is greater than the width a of the insertion groove. The retainer strip and the sliding block are mounted in the plug-in mode, which is quick and convenient. Furthermore, the elastic gap is arranged on the insertion strip, so that the insertion strip and the sliding block are in the interference fit state after being plugged in, thereby improving the stability of the retainer strip installation.
