A testing device for output teeth of a worm wheel of a window shaking motor

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of window rocker motor worm testing devices, in particular to a window rocker motor worm output gear testing device which comprises a seat body combination and a standard block gauge. The seat body combination comprises a fixing seat, a placing seat and two fixing pin seats. The placing seat is slidably arranged on the fixing seat, and the two fixing pin seats are respectively arranged at the two ends of the placing seat and fixedly arranged on the fixing seat. A first measuring pin is arranged on one fixing pin seat, and a height gauge is arranged on the other fixing pin seat, and a second measuring pin is arranged on the testing end of the height gauge. The standard block gauge is detachably arranged on the placing seat. When the device is used for testing, the zero height gauge is calibrated by using the standard block gauge, then the standard block gauge is removed and placed and the worm to be tested is tested, so that the device has the advantages of simple structure, small floor area and low cost compared with arranging multiple three-coordinate measuring instruments during mass testing.
