The application has the following advantages and effects: the clamping mechanism can be used for flexibly clamping the cigarette label, the purpose of preventing scratching is achieved, the top driving mechanism can be used for actively reducing the height of the placing table, the purpose of avoiding the blocking of the rotating path of the overturning box is achieved, the cigarette label can be stably overturned and accurately detected, and the efficiency and quality of the cigarette label inspection are greatly improved.
