Lithium ion battery with glue injection structure

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of lithium ion batteries, in particular to a lithium ion battery with a glue injection structure. The lithium ion battery with the glue injection structure comprises a shell, a battery cell and a first conveying pipe. A top cover of the shell is arranged at an opening of the shell body and is provided with a liquid injection hole, an explosion-proof hole and a third through hole, the third through hole is opposite to a gap between the battery cell and the shell body. The first conveying pipe is inserted into the third through hole. The first conveying pipe can be used as an exhaust pipe, and at least one of the explosion-proof hole and the liquid injection hole is used as a glue injection hole. Or the first conveying pipe is used as a glue inlet pipe, and at least one of the explosion-proof hole and the liquid injection hole is used as an exhaust hole. According to the lithium ion battery provided by the application, air in the shell body is continuously exhausted when glue is injected, so that the glue injection is not blocked, the glue filling is more sufficient, the glue injection quality is improved, and the glue injection rate is improved.
