A convenient storage jig

Abstract

This utility model discloses a jig for easy storage, relating to the field of jig technology. It includes a first jig, a connecting component at its top, a second jig at its top, and a reinforcing component on one side of the second jig. The connecting component includes a magnetic column, which is fixed to the top of the first jig. A trapezoidal block is fixedly connected to the top of the first jig. This jig, designed for easy storage, utilizes a unique magnetic pole arrangement and mortise-and-tenon structure. The magnetic poles are arranged such that they are the same on diagonal sides and opposite on the same side, allowing the upper and lower jigs to automatically and tightly connect due to magnetic pole attraction. Simultaneously, a right-angled trapezoidal block with an acute angle pointing inwards is provided above each corner of the magnetic pole, with a corresponding groove below. This design allows the mortise-and-tenon structure to generate lateral contact surface friction and lateral compression force when the jig is tilted, preventing slippage due to the magnetic pole attraction alone. It also accurately positions the upper and lower jigs, greatly improving stacking stability and placement convenience.
