A patch taking device and flower basket transportation equipment

Abstract

The application discloses a patch taking device and a flower basket conveying device. A patch moving assembly is movably connected to a support assembly, so that the patch moving assembly can move between a plurality of first placing positions. The patch moving assembly is configured to move a silicon wafer in a first placing position corresponding to the patch moving assembly out of a flower basket to be patched. A patch assembly is also movably connected to the support assembly, so that the patch assembly can move between the plurality of first placing positions and a plurality of second placing positions. The patch assembly is configured to take out a qualified silicon wafer in a second placing position corresponding to the patch assembly, and put the taken-out qualified silicon wafer into a first placing position corresponding to the patch assembly. A driving assembly drives the patch moving assembly and the patch assembly to move on the support assembly. A detection member is configured to detect a first placing position in which an abnormal silicon wafer is located. A control unit can control the driving assembly, the patch moving assembly and the patch assembly to replace the abnormal silicon wafer in the flower basket to be patched with a qualified silicon wafer in a replacement flower basket according to a detection result of the detection member.
