Abstract
This invention provides a ternary precursor material washing water treatment system. An acid dosing device is installed on the wastewater collection tank to add sulfuric acid, adjusting the pH to 6-9 (weakly acidic to neutral). This causes some metal ions such as cobalt, nickel, and manganese to form hydroxide precipitates. The precipitate is then filtered through a ceramic membrane device, utilizing the membrane's retention (pore size sieving) to remove suspended particles and precipitated metal hydroxides, thus achieving efficient metal ion removal. Ammonia nitrogen and sulfate are concentrated through a membrane distillation device, a first reverse osmosis device, and a nanofiltration device. The ammonia nitrogen is then converted to ammonia gas for recovery through an ammonia stripping device (e.g., an alkali dosing device and an ammonia stripping tower). Furthermore, sodium sulfate in the wastewater is reused through an evaporation crystallization device, thereby achieving effective treatment of the ternary precursor material washing water.
