A powder loading and scraping device and a powder drying production line

Abstract

This invention provides a powder loading and scraping device and a powder drying production line. The loading and scraping device includes: a support frame, which, when a receiving tray is placed on the support frame, is located below the discharge port of the discharge hopper and can receive powder from the discharge hopper; a base, on which the support frame is reciprocally movable in a first direction, so that the falling powder is distributed on the receiving tray along the first direction; and a scraper, which is reciprocally movable in a second direction on the support frame. During the feeding process, the support frame drives the receiving tray to reciprocate along the first direction on the base, making the distribution of powder on the surface of the receiving tray more dispersed, thus avoiding local accumulation of powder on the tray due to the relative stillness between the receiving tray and the discharge port. After feeding is completed, the scraper pushes the powder on the surface of the receiving tray flat, so that the powder is evenly heated and fully dried during the drying process.
