Description

Technical Field

[0001] This utility model belongs to the field of wearable embedded system technology, and in particular relates to a portable blood oxygen monitoring device for hypoxia-resistant training. Background Technology

[0002] Currently, during hypoxia adaptation training, blood oxygen saturation is monitored throughout the entire process. During hypoxia training, trainees are required to perform physical movements such as panel operation and lever simulation.

[0003] In this training scenario, blood oxygen saturation is typically monitored using medical monitors or pulse oximeters. This monitoring method usually employs a finger clip-on pulse oximeter for data collection.

[0004] The existing technology has the following shortcomings:

[0005] The monitoring sensor is wired, which restricts the range of hand movement.

[0006] The monitoring sensor needs to be clipped to the fingertip. If the hand moves, the monitoring sensor may fall off, resulting in the inability to monitor in real time. Due to the influence of the nail-type monitoring wearing method, it is not conducive to finger bending and finger manipulation activities, thus restricting hand movement.

[0007] Wearable sensors lack data storage capabilities, making it impossible to support long-term training records and playback analysis. Utility Model Content

The RESET pin of the touchscreen LCD is also connected to the battery module through resistor R52. The SCL pin and SDA pin of the touchscreen LCD are connected to the battery module through resistors R53 and R54, respectively.

[0060] In this embodiment, the touchscreen LCD is a 0.96-inch touchscreen.

[0061] The battery module includes a USB Micro-USB interface, a battery management chip IC1, a voltage regulator IC2, and a lithium battery pack BAT. When the USB is plugged in, the BQ24202 charges through the IN pin and outputs to the battery and TPS62586 through the OUT pin. The TPS62586 generates a stable 3.3V power supply (i.e., VDD power supply) through inductor L12 and feedback network (R13 / R14).

[0068] During use, since the infrared sensor, acquisition module, central control module, storage module, touch screen module, vibration motor circuit and battery module all use very small chips, they can all be housed in a ring-shaped shell, i.e., ring 1. The wearer only needs to wear the "ring" on the index finger. Ring 1 communicates with Bluetooth to USB module 2 via Bluetooth wireless network. Bluetooth to USB module 2 communicates with host computer 3 via USB interface. In this embodiment, Bluetooth to USB module 2 can be a wireless communication module of model LY50A13.

[0069] During operation, LED1 / LED2 emits red / infrared light, which penetrates the finger tissue and is received by LED3. AFE4400 outputs a digital pulse wave to nRF52840. nRF52840 is responsible for calculating SpO2. If the blood oxygen value is detected to be <90%, Q5 is triggered to conduct through GPIO (P0.05), and the vibration motor alarm is activated. This process can be further developed in software according to user needs. This embodiment only provides one usage process principle and aims to provide a hardware architecture.

[0070] Real-time data can be refreshed to the touch screen via the SPI interface and simultaneously uploaded to the host computer via the Bluetooth module.

[0071] The lithium battery outputs 3.3V through the TPS62586. Depending on user needs, it can be designed so that when the battery level is below 20%, the nRF52840 controls the touchscreen to display a low battery icon.
