Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of fluid control, specifically to a solenoid valve. Background Technology
[0002] In Chinese utility model patent CN 223152933U, the inventors disclosed a technical solution for controlling fluid with an electromagnetic valve. The rubber core is placed on the water seal of the lower housing. Initially, when the electromagnetic valve is not energized, the spring force seals the water seal, preventing any liquid from passing through. When the power is off, a specific gap is formed between the water seal and the rubber core, allowing water to flow through this gap under water pressure and enter the electromagnetic valve, enabling normal water intake. While this technical solution allows water to enter and exit via the electromagnetic valve, the iron core assembly of the electromagnetic valve is in direct contact with the fluid. Rust and peeling will gradually appear on the surface of the iron core assembly, reducing its flexibility and affecting the response speed and control accuracy of the electromagnetic valve. In severe cases, it can even cause the iron core to jam, rendering the electromagnetic valve completely ineffective and significantly shortening the equipment's lifespan. Secondly, the corrosion of the metal iron core assembly produces rust, metal fragments, and other impurities that directly mix into the fluid, damaging its quality. In washing machines and other appliances using domestic water, these impurities may adhere to clothing, affecting washing performance and the lifespan of garments. Furthermore, corrosion, deformation, or increased surface roughness of the iron core components can lead to increased wear on the seals, resulting in problems such as poor sealing and leakage. [0034] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this utility model. Figures 1 to 12 A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the solenoid valve includes a blocking unit 10 and a valve body 20, the blocking unit 10 being mounted on the valve body 20, the blocking unit 10 being capable of controlling the flow of fluid (e.g., water) through the valve body 20.
[0035] Specifically, the valve body 20 has an inlet 21, an outlet 22, and a valve body space 23, with the inlet 21 and the outlet 22 connected to the valve body space 23. The valve body 20 also has an inlet channel 24 and an outlet channel 25, with the inlet 21 being the opening of the inlet channel 24 in the valve body space 23, and the outlet 22 being the opening of the outlet channel 25 in the valve body space 23. Fluid can flow sequentially through the inlet channel 24, the inlet 21, the valve body space 23, the outlet 22, and the outlet channel 25 of the valve body 20.
[0036] More specifically, the valve body 20 includes a main body portion 26, a first mounting arm 27, and a second mounting arm 28, the first mounting arm 27 and the second mounting arm 28 extending from the main body portion 26 respectively. The valve body space 23 and the cavity 231 of the valve body space 20 are formed in the main body portion 26. The water inlet channel 24 is formed in the first mounting arm 27, the water outlet channel 25 is formed in the second mounting arm 28, the water inlet 21 is formed at the connection between the first mounting arm 27 and the main body portion 26, and the water outlet 22 is formed at the connection between the second mounting arm 28 and the main body portion 26. The first mounting arm 27 of the valve body 20 can be inserted into the end of an inlet pipe, and the second mounting arm 28 can be inserted into the end of an outlet pipe, thus the solenoid valve is configured to control the flow of fluid from the inlet pipe into the outlet pipe.
[0037] The blocking unit 10 is installed on the main body portion 26 of the valve body 20, and a portion of the blocking unit 10 extends into the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20 through the cavity 231 to close or open the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, so as to control the flow of fluid from the inlet 21 of the valve body 20 to the outlet 22 of the valve body 20.
[0038] The barrier unit 10 includes a barrier component 11, which includes a deformable barrier cover 112. The barrier component 11 is installed on the main body portion 26 of the valve body 20, and the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 extends through the cavity 231 to the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20. The top of the deformable barrier cover 112 rests against the edge of the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20. The bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier component 11 can close or open the outlet 22 of the valve body 20 to control the flow of fluid from the inlet 21 of the valve body 20 to the outlet 22 of the valve body 20. Specifically, when the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier assembly 11 closes the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, fluid is prevented from flowing through the valve body 20; when the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier assembly 11 opens the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, fluid is allowed to flow through the valve body 20.
[0039] Preferably, the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 has a convex arc surface. When the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 closes the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 protrudes into the outlet channel 25 through the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, thereby increasing the sealing between the deformable barrier cover 112 and the valve body 20 and ensuring that the deformable barrier cover 112 reliably closes the outlet 22 of the valve body 20.
[0040] refer to Figures 5 to 7The blocking unit 10 includes an electromagnet part 12 and a spring 13. The electromagnet part 12 includes a stationary iron core 121, a moving iron core 122, and a coil assembly 123. The coil assembly 123 has a movable channel 1231 that extends through the top and bottom of the coil assembly 123. The top of the stationary iron core 121 is fixed to the top opening of the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. The top of the moving iron core 122 is housed in the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. The top of the moving iron core 122 can move up and down along the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. The bottom of the moving iron core 122 is mounted on the bottom of the deformable blocking cover 112 of the blocking assembly 11. The opposite ends of the spring 13 are respectively set to remain stationary relative to the coil assembly 123 and relative to the bottom of the deformable blocking cover 112.
[0041] When the coil assembly 123 is energized, the stationary iron core 121 is magnetized to attract and drive the moving iron core 122 to move axially upward along the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. At the same time, the moving iron core 122 pulls the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier assembly 11, causing the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 to move upward with the moving iron core 122, so that the deformable barrier cover 112 deforms within the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20 to open the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, allowing fluid to flow through the valve body 20. Meanwhile, the spring 13 deforms and accumulates elastic potential energy. When the coil assembly 123 is de-energized, the magnetism of the stationary iron core 121 disappears, and the spring 13 pushes the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 downward during the process of restoring the initial state, so that the deformable barrier cover 112 returns to the initial state and closes the outlet 22 of the valve body 20 to prevent fluid from flowing through the valve body 20.
[0042] Specifically, the blocking assembly 11 has an upward-opening blocking cavity 111, and the deformable blocking cover 112 forms the blocking cavity 111. The deformable blocking cover 112 of the blocking assembly 11 is annularly arranged around the bottom of the moving iron core 122 of the electromagnet part 12, so as to accommodate the bottom of the moving iron core 122 in the blocking cavity 111 of the blocking assembly 11. While the blocking assembly 11 is installed on the valve body 20, the deformable cover 112 of the blocking assembly 11... The bottom of the barrier cover 112 is housed in the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20. The bottom surface of the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier assembly 11 is used to seal the outlet 22 of the valve body 20. The barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 is independent of and does not communicate with the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20. The barrier assembly 11 can prevent the fluid flowing through the valve body space 23 of the valve body 20 from entering the electromagnet part 12, so as to protect the electromagnet part 12.
[0043] In other words, the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier assembly 11 is used to isolate the fluid and the electromagnet part 12 to prevent the fluid from corroding the spring 13 and to prevent impurities in the fluid from jamming the spring 13. In addition, by making the deformable barrier cover 112 form the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 and allowing the bottom of the moving iron core 122 to sink into the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11, not only can the height of the solenoid valve be reduced and the solenoid valve be miniaturized, but the deformable barrier cover 112 can also be made more easily deformable to reduce the driving force required for the electromagnet part 12.
[0044] Further, the barrier assembly 11 includes a boss 113, and the deformable barrier cover 112 surrounds the boss 113. The boss 113 extends integrally from the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 toward the top opening of the deformable barrier cover 112, and the boss 113 protrudes into the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 at the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112. The bottom of the moving iron core 122 is mounted on the boss 113 so that the bottom of the moving iron core 122 is mounted on the barrier assembly 11, and the bottom of the moving iron core 122 sinks into the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11. The bottom surface of the deformable barrier cover 112 is used to close the outlet 22 of the valve body 20.
[0045] The deformable barrier cover 112 and the boss 113 are integrally made of an elastic material, which may be rubber. The bottom of the moving iron core 122 is fixed to the boss 113 so that the bottom of the moving iron core 122 is installed on the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112. After the coil assembly 123 is energized, the moving iron core 122 is attracted by the magnetized stationary iron core 121, causing the top of the moving iron core 122 to move upward along the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. The moving iron core 122 pulls the boss 113 of the barrier assembly 11 to move synchronously. At the same time, when the boss 113 is pulled upward, the peripheral wall of the deformable barrier cover 112 deforms so that the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 moves upward synchronously with the boss 113. The bottom surface of the deformable barrier cover 112 gradually moves away from the outlet 22 of the valve body 20 to open the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, allowing fluid to flow into the outlet 22 of the valve body 20 through the valve body space 23. Understandably, during the process where the moving iron core 122 pulls the boss 113 of the blocking assembly 11 to move synchronously, the spring 13 is compressed and deformed, accumulating elastic potential energy. After the coil assembly 123 is de-energized, the magnetism of the stationary iron core 121 disappears, and the spring 13 pushes down the bottom of the deformable blocking cover 112 during the process of returning to its initial state, so that the deformable blocking cover 112 returns to its initial state and closes the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, thereby preventing fluid from flowing through the valve body 20.
[0046] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 5 and Figure 7 The barrier assembly 11 includes a mounting ring wall 114 that extends integrally outward from the top of the deformable barrier cover 112, wherein the mounting ring wall 114 abuts against the edge of the cavity 231 of the valve body 20 so as to close the cavity 231 of the valve body 20 by the barrier assembly 11.
[0047] Preferably, refer to the appendix. Figure 7 The valve body 20 has a mounting groove 29 surrounding the cavity 231. The mounting ring wall 114 has a mounting protrusion 1141 that protrudes into the mounting groove 29 of the valve body 20. In this way, the mounting ring wall 114 can be reliably clamped between the valve body 20 and the coil assembly 123 to prevent the mounting ring wall 114 of the blocking assembly 11 from falling off between the valve body 20 and the coil assembly 123, thereby ensuring the reliability of the solenoid valve.
[0048] Please continue to refer to this. Figure 5 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 Specifically, the deformable barrier cover 112 includes an integrally formed first annular wall 1121 and a second annular wall 1122. The first annular wall 1121 is integrally formed on the top of the second annular wall 1122. The mounting annular wall 114 of the barrier assembly 11 is formed on the top edge of the first annular wall 1121. That is, the mounting annular wall 114 extends integrally outward from the top of the first annular wall 1121. The bottom edge of the first annular wall 1121 is bent and protrudes towards the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 and extends to the top of the second annular wall 1122. The bottom of the second annular wall 1122 is integrally connected to the boss 113. The projection of the second annular wall 1122 on the horizontal plane is included in the projection of the first annular wall 1121 on the horizontal plane.
[0049] When the coil assembly 123 is energized, the moving iron core 122 pulls the boss 113 of the barrier assembly 11 to move upward. At the same time, the deformable barrier cover 112 is pulled by the moving iron core 122, causing a stress concentration zone to form at the bottom of the first ring wall 1121. This causes the deformable barrier cover 112 to bend and deform at the connection between the first ring wall 1121 and the second ring wall 1122, so that the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 opens the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, allowing fluid to flow through the valve body 20. The spring 13 is fitted onto the moving iron core 122 and housed in the blocking cavity 111 of the blocking assembly 11. As the deformable blocking cover 112 deforms and is pulled upward by the moving iron core 122, the blocking cavity 111 of the blocking assembly 11 is compressed in the longitudinal space. The opposite ends of the spring 13 are squeezed and accumulate elastic potential energy by the coil assembly 123 and the blocking assembly 11, respectively.
[0050] When power supply to the coil assembly 123 is stopped, the spring 13 pushes the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 downwards to restore it to its initial state. The bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 abuts against the edge of the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, and the bottom surface of the barrier assembly 11 seals the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, thereby blocking fluid flow to the outlet 22 of the valve body 20. It can be understood that the spring 13 pulls the moving iron core 122 downwards during the process of pushing the barrier assembly 11 back to its initial state, causing the moving iron core 122 to reset.
[0051] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 9 and Figure 10The barrier component 11 includes a constraint cover 115, the constraint cover 115 having a constraint hole 1151, and the barrier component 11 having a constraint groove 116. The constraint groove 116 of the barrier component 11 is formed between the deformable barrier cover 112 and the boss 113. The constraint cover 115 is covered by the boss 113, and the bottom of the constraint cover 115 is installed in the constraint groove 116 of the barrier component 11. In this way, the constraint cover 115 forms a skeleton for constraining the deformation direction of the deformable barrier cover 112. The bottom of the moving iron core 122 passes through the constraint hole 1151 of the constraint cover 115 and is installed on the boss 113 of the barrier assembly 11. The bottom of the spring 13 abuts against the constraint cover 115 so that the spring 13 is supported by the constraint cover 115, thereby setting the bottom of the spring 13 to remain stationary relative to the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112. When the coil assembly 123 is energized, the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 of the barrier assembly 11 is pulled upward by the moving iron core 122. When the middle of the deformable barrier cover 112 deforms, the constraint cover 115 prevents the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 from deforming towards the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 (i.e., lateral deformation towards the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11), preventing the deformable barrier cover 112 from interfering with the spring 13 and avoiding the spring 13 and the deformable barrier cover 112 from rubbing against each other. At the same time, the constraint cover 115 can also limit the deformation direction of the deformable barrier cover 112, preventing damage to the deformable barrier cover 112 due to excessive deformation and extending the life of the barrier assembly 11.
[0052] Preferably, the bottom diameter of the constraint cover 115 is larger than the diameter of the outlet 22 of the valve body 20, and the projection of the outlet 22 of the valve body 20 in the horizontal plane is included in the projection of the constraint cover 115 in the horizontal plane. In this way, after the coil assembly 123 is de-energized, the constraint cover 115 can press the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 tightly against the inner wall of the valve body 20, ensuring that the deformable barrier cover 112 reliably seals the outlet 22 of the valve body 20 and prevents water leakage.
[0053] In the appendix Figures 1 to 12In this specific example of the solenoid valve of the present invention, the bottom of the moving iron core 122 has a hook 1221, the hook 1221 being generally inverted "T" shaped. The boss 113 of the blocking assembly 11 has a boss groove 1131, the shape and size of which match the shape and size of the hook 1221 of the moving iron core 122. The hook 1221 of the moving iron core 122 is installed in the boss groove 1131 of the boss 113. When the coil assembly 123 is energized, the moving iron core 122 is attracted and displaced upwards. The hook 1221 of the moving iron core 122 pulls the boss 113 of the blocking assembly 11, causing the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 to move upwards, resulting in deformation of the middle part of the deformable barrier cover 112, thereby opening the outlet 22 of the valve body 20.
[0054] Reference Appendix Figures 1 to 5 The blocking unit 10 further includes a support assembly 14, which includes a support body 141, a cover plate 142, and a support space 143. The cover plate 142 is installed at the bottom of the support body 141, and the support space 143 is formed between the support body 141 and the cover plate 142. In the solenoid valve of this utility model, the support body 141 includes a plate 1411 and two support arms 142. The two support arms 142 extend downward integrally from opposite sides of the plate 1411, and the bottoms of the two support arms 142 are respectively installed on opposite sides of the cover plate 142, thereby forming the support space 143 between the support body 141 and the cover plate 142. The cover plate 142 has a cover plate hole 1421 communicating with the support space 143. The opposite ends of the coil assembly 123 are respectively fixedly mounted to the support body 141 and the cover plate 142, so that the coil assembly 123 is located in the support space 143. The bottom of the moving iron core 122 extends to the outside through the cover plate hole 1421 of the cover plate 142. The cover plate 142 is mounted on the valve body 20 to mount the blocking unit 10 to the valve body 20. (See attached...) Figures 1 to 12 In this specific example of the solenoid valve of the present invention shown, a set of screws 100 can be used to mount the cover plate 142 to the valve body 20.
[0055] Reference Appendix Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figures 8 to 10The blocking unit 10 includes a limiting element 15, which is clamped between the mounting ring wall 114 and the cover plate 142 of the blocking assembly 11. This limiting element 15 presses the mounting ring wall 114 tightly against the valve body 20, preventing displacement of the mounting ring wall 114 relative to the valve body 20, thereby ensuring that the deformable blocking cover 112 is reliably installed on the valve body 20. The limiting element 15 has a limiting channel 151, which communicates with the cover plate hole 1421 of the cover plate 142. The cover plate hole 1421 of the cover plate 142 communicates with the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. The top of the moving iron core 122 extends through the limiting channel 151 of the limiting element 15 and the cover plate hole 1421 of the cover plate 142 to the movable channel 1231 of the coil assembly 123. The top of the spring 13 abuts against the limiting element 15, so that the top of the spring 13 is set to remain stationary relative to the coil assembly 123. The limiting element 15 restricts the movement of the moving iron core 122 along the axial linear trajectory of the limiting channel 151 of the limiting element 15, effectively avoiding the tilting and offset of the moving iron core 122 caused by uneven electromagnetic attraction force and fluid impact factors, ensuring that the moving iron core 122 moves upward along the axial direction each time, and improving the reliability of the solenoid valve when it is used.
[0056] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 5 , Figures 8 to 10The valve body 20 has at least one notch 201, and the limiting element 15 has at least one extension groove 152 and at least one through hole 153. The extension groove 152 extends from the periphery of the limiting element 15 towards the center on the top surface of the limiting element 15, and the through hole 153 extends from the extension groove 152 to the bottom of the limiting element 15. The position of the extension groove 152 of the limiting element 15 corresponds to the position of the notch 201 of the valve body 20, so that the extension groove 152 of the limiting element 15 and the notch 201 of the valve body 20 are connected. In this way, the notch 201 of the valve body 20, the extension groove 152 of the limiting element 15, and the through hole 153 form at least one gas exchange channel 30 of the solenoid valve. The gas exchange channel 30 connects the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 and the external environment. During the process of the coil assembly 123 being energized, allowing the moving iron core 122 to pull the deformable barrier cover 112, the air in the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 can be discharged through the gas exchange channel 30 to avoid the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 forming a positive pressure environment. During the process of the coil assembly 123 being de-energized, allowing the spring 13 to push the bottom of the deformable barrier cover 112 downward, the air from the external environment can enter the barrier cavity 111 of the barrier assembly 11 through the gas exchange channel 30.
[0057] It is understood that since the top surface of the limiting element 15 is provided with the extension groove 152, the periphery of the bottom surface of the limiting element 15 can be a complete ring. In this way, the limiting element 15 can tightly press the mounting ring wall 114 of the blocking assembly 11 against the valve body 20 in the entire circumferential direction to prevent water leakage.
[0058] In the appendix Figures 1 to 12 In this specific example of the solenoid valve of the present invention shown, the valve body 20 has multiple notches 201, and the limiting element 15 also has multiple extension grooves 152 and through holes 153. For example, the valve body 20 has four notches 201, the limiting element 15 has four extension grooves 152, and the limiting element 15 has four through holes 153. Each extension groove 152 of the limiting element 15 corresponds one-to-one with each notch 201 of the valve body 20.
[0059] Continue to refer to the appendix Figures 8 to 10The valve body 20 has at least one positioning groove 202, and the limiting element 15 has at least one positioning block 154. The positioning block 154 of the limiting element 15 is positioned in the positioning groove 202 of the valve body 20. In this way, during the assembly of the solenoid valve, the position of the extension groove 152 of the limiting element 15 and the position of the notch 201 of the valve body 20 can be guaranteed to correspond to form the gas exchange channel 30.
[0060] In the appendix Figures 1 to 12 In this specific example of the solenoid valve of the present invention shown, the number of positioning grooves 202 in the valve body 20 and the number of positioning blocks 154 in the limiting element 15 can both be four.
