Description

Technical Field

[0001] This utility model relates to the field of hydraulic gate hoisting and closing technology, and in particular to a mobile hydraulic gate hoisting and closing controller with a worm gear structure. Background Technology

[0002] Hydraulic gates are primarily used to control and regulate water flow, and are widely applied in various water conservancy projects and water-related scenarios. Core applications include: 1. Flood control and drainage: In flood control dikes or flood diversion projects of rivers, lakes, and reservoirs, gates are closed during the flood season to prevent flood intrusion and protect towns and farmland along the banks; during the non-flood season, gates are opened to drain accumulated water. 2. Farmland irrigation: Gates are installed at key nodes in irrigation channels (such as main canals and branch canals) to control water volume through opening and closing, delivering irrigation water to farmland as needed to ensure the growth needs of crops. 3. Reservoirs and hydropower stations: Used for controlling the inflow and outflow of water in reservoirs, regulating reservoir water levels (such as water storage and flood discharge); in hydropower stations, they control the flow of water into generator units, regulating power generation flow and ensuring stable power generation. 4. Urban Water Supply and Drainage: Gates are installed at water supply pipelines and water plant inlets at urban water sources (such as reservoirs and intakes) to control water supply flow; in urban drainage systems (such as stormwater pumping stations and intercepting sewer networks), drainage flow is regulated to prevent backflow. 5. Navigation and Waterways: In locks and waterway hubs, the opening and closing of gates regulates the water level in the lock chambers, facilitating upstream and downstream navigation; simultaneously, it controls water depth in waterways, ensuring safe passage for vessels. 6. Ecological and Environmental Regulation: In ecological areas such as rivers and wetlands, gates regulate water flow speed and water level to maintain the ecological balance of the region (e.g., protecting fish spawning environments and maintaining wetland hydrological conditions).

[0003] Electric hydraulic gates mainly consist of three core parts: the gate body, the opening and closing drive system, and the control system. Each part has a clear function and works together to achieve automated control of water flow.

[0004] 1. Gate body (core for water blocking and flow passage) Responsible for directly blocking or releasing water flow, it is the basic structure of a sluice gate and mainly includes: (1) Door leaf: The core water-blocking component, usually a flat or arc-shaped steel plate structure, which must have high strength and corrosion resistance (such as galvanizing and anti-corrosion paint) to ensure that it does not deform or leak under water pressure; (2) Door frame (door groove): It is fixed in the concrete reserved groove of the water channel or hydraulic structure to constrain the lifting trajectory of the door leaf, and at the same time cooperate with the door leaf to achieve a seal (usually a rubber waterstop is installed to prevent water leakage from the gap). (3) Water-stopping device: mostly made of rubber (such as P-type and L-type water-stopping strips), installed at the contact part between the gate leaf and the gate frame, is a key component to prevent water from seeping through the gaps in the gate.

[0005] 2. Start-stop drive system (power execution part) The system converts electrical energy into mechanical force to drive the gate to rise and fall. Its core components include: (1) Electric gate hoist: The core of the power system, which is divided into two types: "winch type" (the gate leaf is lifted and lowered by a steel wire rope, which is suitable for large tonnage gates) and "screw type" (the gate leaf is lifted and lowered by a screw rotation, which is suitable for small and medium-sized gates). The main components are motor, reducer (reduce speed and increase torque) and braking device (prevent the gate from falling accidentally). (2) Transmission mechanism: The components that connect the hoist and the gate leaf, such as wire rope, screw, gear set, etc., are responsible for transmitting the power of the hoist to the gate leaf to achieve smooth lifting and lowering; (3) Guiding devices: such as sliders, rollers, etc., are installed on both sides of the door leaf and cooperate with the door frame to ensure that the door leaf moves along a fixed trajectory when it is raised and lowered, avoiding jamming or deviation.

[0006] 3. Control system (operation and monitoring section) To achieve automated and remote control of gates and ensure operational safety, the main components include: (1) Control box (cabinet): It contains electrical components such as contactors, relays, and frequency converters, and can realize "local manual operation" (control the gate lifting and lowering via buttons) and "remote automatic control" (receive signals from the central control system and automatically execute opening and closing commands). (2) Sensors: Components that monitor the gate status in real time. Common ones include "stroke sensor" (detects the position of the gate lifting, such as fully open, fully closed, and intermediate opening), "torque sensor" (monitors the load torque of the hoist to prevent overload damage), and "water level sensor" (linkage control, automatically adjusts the gate opening according to the water level in the canal). (3) Monitoring and protection unit: It has overload protection (automatic shutdown when the motor current is too high), limit protection (automatic power cut-off when the gate reaches the fully open / fully closed position), and fault alarm (issues audible and visual alarm when the motor fails or the sensor is abnormal). Some systems can be connected to the water conservancy central control platform to realize remote monitoring and data recording.

[0007] Common worm gear and worm-driven gate hoists mainly consist of a motor, worm gear, worm, screw, and housing. They typically have a box-like structure with a certain height, a base, and are fixed to a concrete foundation of a canal or hydraulic structure using anchor bolts. The following is a detailed description: - Overall Structure: Common worm gear hoists are mostly vertical, with a cylindrical or square casing, generally welded from cast iron or steel plates, providing good strength and stability. The upper end cover of the casing has a circular or square through hole in the center for installing the screw. - Key Components: The motor is an AC motor, typically bolted to one side of the housing. It is connected to the worm gear via a coupling, gear reduction mechanism, or pulley. The worm gear is horizontally positioned inside the housing and meshes with the worm wheel. The worm wheel is located inside the housing, with a drive sleeve in its center hole, which is threadedly connected to the screw. When the motor starts or is operated manually, the worm gear drives the worm wheel to rotate, which in turn causes the drive sleeve to rotate synchronously, thus realizing the up-and-down movement of the screw and achieving the purpose of opening and closing the gate.

[0008] As can be seen, the core working principle of the worm gear gate hoist is to convert the rotational motion of the power source into the linear lifting motion of the screw through the meshing transmission of the worm gear and worm, ultimately realizing the opening or closing of the gate. The specific process is as follows: 1. Power input: After the power source (usually an AC motor, some small equipment can be operated manually) is started, it outputs rotational power, which is transmitted to the worm gear through components such as couplings; 2. Meshing transmission: The worm and the worm wheel inside the housing form a meshing structure. The rotation of the worm will drive the worm wheel to rotate at a reduced speed (worm gear transmission has a significant reduction ratio, which can reduce the speed and increase the torque to meet the force requirements for opening and closing the gate). 3. Motion Conversion: The worm gear center hole is usually connected to the screw via a thread (or the worm gear directly drives the screw transmission). The rotation of the worm gear is converted into the vertical linear motion of the screw - when the worm gear rotates forward, the screw rises and drives the gate to open; when the worm gear rotates in reverse, the screw descends and drives the gate to close. 4. Opening and closing the gate: One end of the screw is connected to the gate, and its lifting and lowering motion directly acts on the gate, thereby completing the opening, closing or positioning operation of the gate and realizing the control of water flow.

[0009] The manual / electric gate hoist is suitable for a wide range of gate tonnages, as detailed below: Worm gear and screw structure manual / electric gate hoists: Commonly seen in QL-type screw-driven gate leaf structures, these hoists typically have an opening force of 3 to 60 tons when using a single lifting point, such as 3 tons, 5 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 12 tons, 15 tons, 20 tons, 25 tons, 30 tons, 40 tons, 50 tons, and 60 tons. Dual-lifting-point screw-type manual / electric gate hoists can achieve opening forces of 2×3 tons to 2×100 tons, such as 2×3 tons, 2×5 tons, 2×8 tons, 2×10 tons, 2×12 tons, 2×15 tons, 2×20 tons, 2×25 tons, 2×30 tons, 2×40 tons, 2×50 tons, 2×60 tons, 2×80 tons, and 2×100 tons. Generally, when the opening capacity exceeds 600KN (single unit), a manual mechanism is no longer required.

[0010] As can be seen from the above, the worm gear structure dual-purpose manual / electric gate hoist, which uses an AC motor and external power supply, and is connected to the worm gear through a coupling, gear reduction mechanism, or pulley, has the following shortcomings: 1. Since the gate hoist is driven by an AC motor, an external power supply is required. A dedicated power supply room for the gate hoist must be built, a transformer must be added, and a dedicated power line must be installed. The initial investment is large, and in the later stage, a dedicated person is required for maintenance, rain protection and theft prevention. Otherwise, the motor is easily burned out due to moisture and other reasons, and may even be stolen, resulting in high maintenance costs. 2. Each manual and electric gate hoist needs to be equipped with a set of electric motor drive systems. Due to the different sizes and worm gear heights of manual and electric gate hoists with different gate tonnages, the size and structure of the couplings, gear reduction mechanisms or pulleys of the electric motor drive systems are also different. The height of the power shaft connected to the worm gear is difficult to adjust, the coaxiality is difficult to meet the requirements, the versatility is poor, and they cannot be interchanged. 3. Once installed, the electric motor drive system of the dual-purpose hand and electric gate opener cannot be disassembled or carried around, making it difficult to achieve the effect of installing when needed and quickly removing when not needed, storing it in a warehouse or at home, and eliminating the need for maintenance. Summary of the Invention

[0011] To address the aforementioned technical problems, the purpose of this utility model is to provide a mobile hydraulic gate hoist controller that features low investment, simple manufacturing, self-contained power supply, good versatility, portability, easy assembly and disassembly, maintenance-free operation, and long service life, thereby significantly reducing the manufacturing, operation, and maintenance costs of worm gear structure manual / electric dual-purpose gate hoist drive systems.

[0012] To achieve the above objectives, the technical solution adopted by this utility model is as follows: a mobile hydraulic gate opening and closing machine controller, comprising a threaded screw frame, a gear reducer unit, a DC motor, a motor support plate, a motor protective cover, a reversing switch, a battery, wires, a fixing bracket, angle brackets, lifting lugs, bolts, and nuts. The threaded screw frame is characterized by comprising four threaded screws, a base plate, and a middle plate. The four threaded screws are perpendicular to each other and evenly distributed at the four corners of the base plate, and are welded and fixed. The middle plate has mounting holes at its four corners, corresponding to the threaded screws, and is placed at the middle height of the threaded screws, and is welded and fixed. The motor support plate has mounting holes at its four corners and a motor mounting hole in the middle. The gear reducer unit includes meshing driving gears and driven gears, a transmission shaft sleeve, bearings, and a gear protective cover. Bearings are installed on both sides of the transmission shaft sleeves of the driving gears and driven gears, and the bearings are placed on a set of symmetrically arranged gear protective covers. Inside the bearing housing, symmetrical mounting holes are provided around the gear protective cover, which is fixed with bolts. Nuts are screwed into the four threaded rods of the threaded rod frame, and then a motor support plate is installed. The DC motor is placed on the motor support plate, and the motor base is fixed with bolts. The motor protective cover is then covered and fixed to the motor support plate with angle brackets. A set of two fixing brackets is installed on both sides of the gear protective cover of the gear reducer. The fixing brackets have mounting holes at both ends. One mounting hole is fixed by bolts to the mounting hole on one side of the gear protective cover, and the other mounting hole passes through the threaded rod on the same side and is welded to the motor support plate. Nuts are screwed into the threaded rod above the mounting hole of the motor support plate. The power output shaft of the DC motor passes through the transmission shaft sleeve on the drive gear, and is fixed with nuts after keyway connection. The terminal D1, D2, A1, and A2 of the bakelite board are connected to the wire lead-out through holes on the motor protective cover. [0018] Preferably, the driving gear and transmission shaft sleeve and the driven gear and transmission shaft sleeve are directly machined from round bars and are an inseparable whole.

[0019] A method for manufacturing a mobile hydraulic gate hoist controller includes the following steps: S1: Raw material preparation: Stocking up on round steel, steel plates, and flat steel; S2: Spare parts preparation: Purchase DC motors, reversing switches, batteries, wires, lifting lugs, bearings, angle brackets, bolts, and nuts from the market; S3: Machining threaded screws: Take four round steel bars and machine them into threaded screws with a length of 500mm~650mm; S4: Machining base plate, intermediate plate, and motor support plate: Cut steel plates into base plate, intermediate plate, and motor support plate. Machining motor base mounting holes in the middle of the motor support plate. S5: Manufacturing a gear reducer unit: Use a milling machine to machine the driving gear, driven gear, and transmission shaft sleeve. Use a casting method to machine a set of gear protective covers that are symmetrical on the left and right and have symmetrical mounting holes around the perimeter. Then assemble them. The driving gear and driven gear mesh with each other. Install bearings on both sides of the transmission shaft sleeve of the driving gear and driven gear. Place the bearings in the bearing chamber of the gear protective cover. Finally, fix them with bolts. S6: Make the threaded rod frame: Distribute the four threaded rods perpendicularly to each other and evenly at the four corners of the base plate, and weld them in place. Then, pass the threaded rods through the mounting holes at the four corners of the middle plate and place it at the middle height of the threaded rods, and weld it in place. S7: Machining the fixed bracket: Take flat steel or steel plate and process it into a set of two fixed brackets, and machine mounting holes at both ends of the fixed brackets; S8: Making a motor protective cover: Use steel plate to cut out the planar shape of the motor protective cover. On the cut template, which is equivalent to the front end of the motor protective cover, a U-shaped notch is pre-stamped or cut out. The rear end is stamped or drilled with heat dissipation holes. The top is stamped or drilled with wire lead-out holes and reversing switch mounting holes. Then, the edges are folded and welded into a box. S9: Assembly: Screw nuts onto the four threaded screws of the threaded screw frame, then install the motor support plate. Place the DC motor on the motor support plate, fix the motor base with bolts, cover it with the motor protective cover, and then fix it to the motor support plate with angle brackets; adjust the perpendicularity of the gear reducer unit to the ground so that the side of the gear reducer unit is perpendicular to the ground; install two fixed brackets on both sides of the gear protective cover of the gear reducer unit. The mounting hole at one end of the fixed bracket is fixed by bolts to the mounting hole on one side of the gear protective cover, and the mounting hole at the other end passes through the same... The side threaded screw is welded and fixed to the motor support plate. Lifting lugs are installed on both sides of the motor support plate. Nuts are screwed into the upper part of the threaded screw in the mounting hole of the motor support plate. The power output shaft of the DC motor passes through the transmission shaft sleeve on the drive gear. After keyway connection, it is fixed with nuts. The terminal D1, D2, A1, and A2 of the bakelite board on it are connected to the wire lead-out through hole on the motor protective cover. The wire on D1 is connected to the positive terminal of the battery. The wires on D2, A1, and A2 are conventionally connected to the reversing switch. The lead-out wire of the reversing switch is further connected to the negative terminal of the battery.

[0020] Furthermore, the gear protective cover described in step S5 is made of cast aluminum alloy.

[0021] Furthermore, the motor protective cover described in step S8 is made of stainless steel.

[0022] In use, first adjust the four nuts on the lower threaded screw of the motor support plate so that the center height of the transmission shaft sleeve of the driven gear of the gear reducer unit is consistent with the center height of the worm gear connector of the hoist. Then tighten the four nuts on the upper threaded screw of the motor support plate, connect the transmission shaft sleeve of the driven gear of the gear reducer unit to the worm gear connector of the hoist, turn on the reversing switch, and the worm drives the worm wheel to rotate, which in turn causes the transmission screw sleeve at the center of the worm wheel to rotate synchronously, thereby realizing the up and down movement of the screw and driving the gate on the screw to open and close.

[0023] Compared with the prior art, the advantages of this utility model are: 1. By setting up a threaded screw frame, the DC motor is fixed to the motor support plate by bolts, and the motor support plate is clamped by the upper and lower nuts of the threaded screw. The motor protective cover is also fixed to the motor support plate by angle brackets. At the same time, the gear reducer unit is connected to the motor support plate on both sides by fixed brackets. In this way, the hoist controller of this utility model forms a whole. Then, the worm gear connector of the hoist is connected to the drive shaft sleeve of the driven gear. With the help of the stable foundation of the hoist and the support force of the ground on the hoist controller of this utility model, practice has proven that the hoist controller of this utility model is sufficient to overcome the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the worm gear, forming stable operation and effectively avoiding the left and right swaying or even tipping of the hoist controller of this utility model during operation; 2. A DC motor and a storage battery are selected as the power source. 1. No AC power is required, eliminating the need for a dedicated power supply room for the gate hoist, transformers, and dedicated power lines, resulting in low initial investment; 2. The unique motor support plate, with its screw rod and upper and lower nuts clamping structure, allows for easy adjustment and fixation of the center height of the transmission shaft sleeve of the driven gear of the gear reducer unit to match the center height of the worm gear connector of the gate hoist. This enables the gate hoist controller to be compatible with manual and electric gate hoists of different gate tonnages, offering good versatility and significantly reducing investment in the motor drive system; 3. The gate hoist controller is simple to manufacture, lightweight, and portable. It can be installed when needed and quickly disengaged from the worm gear connector when not in use, allowing it to be stored in a warehouse or at home without on-site maintenance. It has a long service life and greatly reduces the investment, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance costs of the worm gear structure manual and electric gate hoist drive system. The mounting hole 15 at one end of the fixing bracket 2 is fixed by connecting the mounting hole 15 on one side of the gear protective cover 5 with bolts 4, and the mounting hole 15 at the other end passes through the threaded screw on the same side. 103 is welded and fixed to the motor support plate 13. Lifting lugs 12 are installed on both sides of the motor support plate 13. Nuts 11 are screwed into the upper threaded screw 103 of the mounting hole 15 on the motor support plate 13. The power output shaft 903 of the DC motor 9 passes through the transmission shaft sleeve 302 on the drive gear 304. After keyway connection, it is fixed with nuts 11. The terminals D1, D2, A1, and A2 of the bakelite board 901 are connected to wires 6, which all pass through the wire lead-out through hole 8 on the motor protective cover 5. The wire 6 on D1 is connected to the positive terminal of the battery 14. The wires 6 on D2, A1, and A2 are conventionally connected to the reversing switch 7. The lead-out wire 6 of the reversing switch 7 is further connected to the negative terminal of the battery 14. The gear protective cover 303 described in step S5 is made of cast aluminum alloy. The motor protective cover 5 described in step S8 is made of stainless steel.

[0039] like Figure 1 As shown, combined with Figure 2 This utility model relates to a mobile hydraulic gate controller, which mainly consists of four parts: a threaded screw frame 1, a DC motor 9, a gear reducer 3, a reversing switch 7, and a battery 14. The threaded screw frame 1 is composed of four threaded screws 103, a base plate 101, and an intermediate plate 102. The four threaded screws 103 are perpendicular to each other and evenly distributed at the four corners of the base plate 101. After welding and fixing, the mounting holes 15 at the four corners of the intermediate plate 102 (see details) are... Figure 3 The corresponding threaded rod 103 is placed at the middle height of the threaded rod 103 and welded in place. In this way, the threaded rod frame 1 forms a sturdy whole, capable of supporting the weight of the DC motor 9 and ensuring structural stability. The DC motor 9 is fixed to the motor support plate 13. To prevent the DC motor 9 from getting wet and burning out during rain or snow, the DC motor 9 is covered with a motor protective cover 5 (see details). Figure 6 The gear reducer unit 3 is covered and then fixed to the motor support plate 13 with corner brackets 10. The gear reducer unit 3 includes a driving gear 304 and a driven gear 305 that mesh with each other (see details). Figure 7The transmission shaft sleeve 302, bearing 301, and gear protective cover 303 are all included. Bearings 301 are installed on both sides of the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driving gear 304 and driven gear 305. The bearings 301 are housed within a set of symmetrically placed bearing housings 16 of the gear protective covers 303 (see details). Figure 9 The gear protective cover 303 has symmetrical mounting holes 15 around its perimeter, which are fixed with bolts 4. The power output shaft 903 of the DC motor 9 passes through the transmission shaft sleeve 302 on the drive gear 304, and is fixed with nuts 11 after keyway connection. The terminal connecting wire 6 of the bakelite board 901 on the DC motor 9 passes through the wire lead-out through hole 8 on the motor protective cover 5, and is further connected to the reversing switch 7 on the motor protective cover 5. The wire 6 of the reversing switch 7 is then connected to the positive and negative terminals of the storage battery 14. The storage battery 14 is a lead-acid battery or a lithium battery with a voltage of 48V~72V. Nuts 11 are screwed into the four threaded screws 103 of the threaded screw frame 1, and then the motor support plate 13 is installed (see details). Figure 4 ), nut 11 is screwed into the upper threaded screw 103 of the mounting hole 15 of the motor support plate 13. This double-nut 11 tight structure allows adjustment of the lifting and horizontal height of the motor support plate 13 using the nut 11 at the lower part of the motor support plate 13, thereby facilitating and quickly adjusting the center height of the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 of the gear reducer unit 3, and the worm gear 1701 of the hoist (see details). Figure 12 After ensuring the center height of the connectors is consistent, tighten the four nuts 11 on the threaded screw 103 on the upper part of the motor support plate 13 for positioning. Then, attach the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 of the gear reducer unit 3 to the connector of the hoist worm gear 1701. This enables the hoist controller of this utility model to be matched with the manual and electric hoist 17 of different gate tonnages, showing good versatility.

[0040] Figure 2 The structural form of the threaded screw frame 1 is given, which consists of four threaded screws 103, a base plate 101, and an intermediate plate 102. The threaded screws 103 are manufactured by taking four round steel bars and machining them using a lathe, milling machine, or roll forming to form threaded screws 103 with a nominal diameter of 16mm~25mm and a length of 500mm~650mm. The base plate 101 is manufactured by selecting a steel plate with a thickness of 5mm~10mm and cutting it into a square or rectangular shape with a length and width of 300mm~350mm. The intermediate plate 102 is manufactured by selecting a steel plate with a thickness of 3mm~5mm and cutting it into a square or rectangular shape with a length and width of 200mm~250mm. Threaded screw mounting holes 15 with a diameter of 16mm~25mm are drilled at the four corners of the intermediate plate 102, with the center distance between the two holes on each side equal to the center distance between the corresponding two threaded screws 103 on each side. To reduce the overall weight of the mobile hydraulic gate controller of this utility model, the base plate 101 and / or the intermediate plate 102 preferably adopt a U-shaped structure (see details). Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3 ).

[0041] Figure 5 A preferred structural form of the fixing bracket 2 is given. Typically, the mounting holes 15 machined at both ends of the fixing bracket 2 correspond to the mounting holes 15 on one side of the gear protective cover 303 and are fixed by threaded rods 103 passing through them. Flat steel or steel plate with a thickness of 3mm~6mm is machined into straight strips 30mm~50mm wide and 300mm~350mm long. Mounting holes 15 are machined at both ends of the fixing bracket 2, with hole diameters corresponding to the mounting holes 15 on one side of the gear protective cover 303 and capable of fitting the threaded rods 103. The straight strip is bent at 90° to form an L-shaped plate structure. The mounting holes 15 on the long side are connected to the mounting holes 15 on one side of the gear protective cover 303 by bolts 4, and the mounting holes 15 on the short side pass through the threaded rods 103 on the same side and are welded to the motor support plate 13 for fixation (see details). Figure 1 , Figure 2 A set of two fixed brackets 2 are installed on both sides of the gear protective cover 303 of the gear reducer unit 3 for fixation (see details). Figure 1 , Figure 2 Fixed brackets 2 are installed on both sides of the gear protective cover 303 of the gear reducer 3, and the gear protective cover 303 of the reducer 3 is connected to the motor support plate 13 as a whole. This greatly enhances the operational stability of the gate hoist controller of this utility model, which is sufficient to overcome the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the worm gear and prevent the gate hoist controller of this utility model from swaying left and right during operation.

[0042] like Figure 4 As shown, combined with Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 10 Machining the motor support plate 13: Select a steel plate with a thickness of 3mm~5mm and cut out a square or rectangular motor support plate 13 with a length and width of 200mm~260mm. Drill mounting holes 15 for threaded rods 103 with a diameter of 16mm~25mm at the four corners of the motor support plate 13. The center distance between the two holes on each side is equal to the center distance between the two corresponding threaded rods 103 on each side. Machining mounting holes 15 in the middle of the motor support plate 13, corresponding to the mounting holes 15 of the motor base 902. For easy handling, lifting lugs 12 are provided on both sides of the motor support plate 13 (see details). Figure 2 ).

[0043] Figure 6The present invention provides a motor protective cover 5. The motor protective cover 5 is manufactured as follows: A steel plate with a thickness of 0.5mm~1.0mm is used for layout and cutting to obtain the planar shape of the motor protective cover 5. A U-shaped notch is pre-stamped or cut into the front face of the pre-cut template, corresponding to the motor protective cover 5. A heat dissipation through hole 8 is stamped or drilled into the rear face. A wire lead-out through hole 8 and a reversing switch mounting hole 15 are stamped or drilled into the top. Then, the edges are folded and welded into a box shape. For the motor protective cover 5 to be paint-free and durable, stainless steel is preferred as the steel material.

[0044] Figure 7 , Figure 8 , Figure 9 A schematic diagram of the internal structure of the gear reducer unit 3 and the gear protective cover 303 of the outer casing is provided. The gear reducer unit 3 includes a driving gear 304, a driven gear 305, a transmission shaft sleeve 302, a bearing 301, and an outer gear protective cover 303. Fabrication and assembly of gear reducer unit 3: A driving gear 304, a driven gear 305, and a transmission shaft sleeve 302 are machined using a milling machine. The driving gear 304 and driven gear 305 have internal holes and are connected to the transmission shaft sleeve 302 via keyways. Preferably, the driving gear 304 and transmission shaft sleeve 302, and the driven gear 305 and transmission shaft sleeve 302, are directly machined from round bars to form a single unit. A set of symmetrical gear protective covers 303 with symmetrical mounting holes 15 around their perimeter are cast using sand casting, investment casting, or metal mold casting methods. These covers are then machined, ground, and polished before assembly. The driving gear 304 and driven gear 305 mesh with each other. Bearings 301 are installed on both sides of the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driving gear 304 and driven gear 305. The bearings 301 are placed inside the bearing chamber 16 of the gear protective cover 303 and finally secured with bolts 4. To reduce the overall weight of the mobile hydraulic gate opening and closing mechanism controller of this utility model, the gear protective cover 303 is preferably made of cast aluminum alloy.

[0045] Figure 10 A schematic diagram of a commercially available DC motor 9 is provided. A series-wound DC motor or a compound-wound DC motor is selected. Due to its high torque, simple manufacturing, and low price, the series-wound DC motor is preferred. The front end of the DC motor 9 is a power output shaft 903, which passes through the transmission shaft sleeve 302 on the drive gear 304. After keyway connection, it is fixed with a nut 11 (see details). Figure 7 , Figure 1 The DC motor 9 has four terminals on the bakelite board 901, with each terminal marked D1 (positive), D2 (positive), A1 (negative), and A2 (negative). The motor base 902 at the bottom of the DC motor 9 can be fixed to the corresponding motor mounting hole 15 in the middle of the motor support plate 13 with bolts 4 (see details). Figure 4). Wire 6 on D1 is connected to the positive terminal of battery 14. Wires 6 on D2, A1, and A2 are conventionally connected to reversing switch 7. Wire 6 from reversing switch 7 is further connected to the negative terminal of battery 14. D1 and D2 are the excitation windings, and A1 and A2 are the armature windings. A schematic diagram of the specific electrical connections between DC motor 9, reversing switch 7, and battery 14 is shown below. Figure 11 .

[0046] Figure 11 A schematic diagram of the electrical connection between the DC motor 9, the reversing switch 7, and the battery 14 is provided. The DC motor 9, the reversing switch 7, and the battery 14 are all commercially available. A lever 701 is located on the back of the reversing switch 7 (see details). Figure 1 The back panel has three positions: forward, stop, and reverse (not shown). Figure 11 The positive terminal of battery 14 is connected to D1 via wire 6, and D2 is connected to 4T2 via wire 6. The negative terminal of battery 14 is connected to 3L2 via wire 6, 1L1 is connected to A1 via wire 6, and A2 is connected to 2T1 via wire 6. 2T1 and 5L3, and 6T3 and 1L1 are respectively connected crosswise via copper strips. The lever 701 is pulled to the "sequential" position, as... Figure 11 As indicated by the arrow on the right, 3L2 and 5L3 are connected, and 4T2 and 6T3 are connected. The current from the positive terminal of battery 14 flows through D1 and D2 to 4T2, then to 1L1, A1, A2, 2T1, and 5L3, flowing to the negative terminal of battery 14, forming a forward rotation circuit, and DC motor 9 rotates forward. When lever 701 is pulled to the "stop" position, DC motor 9 stops rotating forward. When lever 701 is pulled to the "reverse" position, as... Figure 11 As indicated by the left arrow, 4T2 and 2T1 are connected, and 3L2 and 1L1 are connected. The current from the positive terminal of battery 14 flows through D1 and D2 to 4T2, then to 2T1, A2, A1, 1L1, and 3L2, and flows to the negative terminal of battery 14, forming a reverse circuit, and the DC motor 9 reverses.

[0047] Figure 12 A schematic diagram showing the state of the gate hoist controller of this utility model after being connected to the worm gear connector of the hydraulic gate hoist in the field is provided. From Figure 12 As can be seen, the gate hoist 17 is placed on a platform made of concrete foundation 18 and fixed with anchor bolts 4. After the gate hoist controller of this utility model is in place, first adjust the nut 11 at the lower part of the motor support plate 13 on the threaded screw frame 1 to adjust the lifting and horizontal height of the motor support plate 13, and then quickly adjust the center height of the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 of the gear reducer 3 (see details). Figure 1The center height of the drive shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 is aligned with the center horizontal height of the worm gear 1701 connector. Then, tighten the four nuts 11 on the upper threaded screw 103 of the motor support plate 13 for positioning. Connect the drive shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 of the gear reducer unit 3 to the connector of the worm gear 1701. Connect the plug on the wire 6 to the battery 14. Pull the lever 701 to the "forward" position. The hoist controller of this invention drives the worm gear to rotate forward, which in turn drives the worm wheel to rotate forward. The screw 1702 on the central drive sleeve of the worm wheel slowly rises, causing the gate 1703 on the screw 1702 to open. Pull the lever 701 back to the "stop" position, and the DC motor 9 stops rotating forward. When lever 701 is pulled to the "reverse" position, the gate hoist controller of this utility model drives the worm gear to reverse, which in turn drives the worm wheel to reverse. The screw 1702 on the central transmission sleeve of the worm wheel slowly descends, causing the gate 1703 on the screw 1702 to close. When using the gate hoist controller of this utility model, attention should be paid to whether the connector of the gate hoist worm 1701 is a spline head, a square head, or other type of connector. It must be matched, and the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 of the gear reducer unit 3 should be a spline sleeve, a square head sleeve, or other type of connecting shaft sleeve accordingly.

[0048] Example 1: Taking the worm gear structure manual / electric dual-purpose gate opener with a 10-ton single-point opening force as an example, the worm gear connector is a square head, further illustrating the feasible implementation of this utility model. See [link to example]. Figures 1-12 First, the threaded rod frame 1 is fabricated, and the threaded rod 103 is machined: four round steel bars with a diameter of 16mm are taken and machined into threaded rods 103 with a diameter of 16mm and a length of 500mm using a lathe for later use; the base plate 101 is machined: a 310mm × 310mm square base plate 101 with equal length and width is cut from a 5mm thick steel plate for later use; the intermediate plate 102 is machined: a 230mm × 230mm square intermediate plate 102 with equal length and width is cut from a 3mm thick steel plate, and 16mm diameter threaded rod 103 mounting holes 15 are drilled at the four corners of the intermediate plate 102, with a center distance of 200mm between the two holes on each side. In order to reduce the overall weight of the mobile hydraulic gate opening and closing machine controller of this utility model, the intermediate plate 102 adopts a U-shaped structure (see Figure 3 Four 16mm diameter threaded rods 103 are perpendicularly and evenly distributed at the four corners of a 5mm thick base plate 101, with a spacing of 200mm. After welding and fixing, the mounting holes 15 with a diameter of 16mm at the four corners of a 3mm thick intermediate plate 102 are installed (see details). Figure 3 The corresponding threaded rod 103 with a diameter of 16mm is placed at the middle height of the threaded rod 103 and welded to form the threaded rod frame 1 (see details). Figure 1 , Figure 2To prevent the threaded screw frame 1 from rusting over time, a paint treatment is applied to its surface. The motor support plate 13 is fabricated as follows: A 3mm thick steel plate is selected, and a square motor support plate 13 with equal length and width of 230mm × 230mm is cut out. To facilitate the up-and-down movement of the 3mm thick motor support plate 13 within the threaded screw 103 mounting holes 15, the mounting holes 15 at the four corners of the motor support plate 13 are made slightly larger than the mounting holes 15 of the threaded screw 103. Specifically, 20mm diameter mounting holes 15 are drilled at the four corners of the 3mm thick motor support plate 13, with a center-to-center distance of 200mm between the two holes on each side, equal to the center-to-center distance of the two corresponding 16mm diameter threaded screws 103 on each side. A 13mm diameter mounting hole 15 is machined in the center of the 3mm thick motor support plate 13, with a center-to-center distance of 100mm between the two holes on each side (see details). Figure 4 The center distance between the two holes on each side of the mounting hole 15 with a diameter of 13mm on the motor base 902 corresponds to that of the mounting hole 15. The surface of the motor support plate 13 is painted. To fabricate the fixing bracket 2: Take a 3mm thick flat steel and process it into a straight strip 30mm wide and 300mm long. Machining mounting holes 15 are made at both ends of the fixing bracket 2. One end of the mounting hole 15, corresponding to the mounting hole 15 on one side of the gear protective cover 303, has a diameter of 8mm. The other end has a 16mm diameter hole for fitting the threaded screw 103. The straight strip is bent at 90° to form a preferred L-shaped plate structure (see details). Figure 5 The surface of the fixing bracket 2 is treated with rust prevention. Manufacturing the motor protective cover 5: Preferably, a 0.5mm thick stainless steel plate is used for layout and cutting to create the planar shape of the motor protective cover 5. A U-shaped notch is pre-punched on the front face of the pre-cut semi-finished template, corresponding to the motor protective cover 5. Several annular heat dissipation holes 8 are punched on the rear face. A 16mm diameter wire lead-out hole 8 and a 3mm diameter reversing switch mounting hole 15 are punched on top. Then, the edges are folded, and a box with dimensions of 330mm x 150mm x 200mm (see details) is welded. Figure 6 Fabrication and assembly of gear reducer unit 3 (see details) Figure 7 , Figure 8 , Figure 9The gear reducer is configured with a module m=2.5, pressure angle α=20°, output transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the large driven gear 305 at 280 r / min, and output transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the small driving gear 304 at 700 r / min, resulting in an output reduction ratio of 2.5:1. The center distance between the two gears is 83.75 mm. The gear material is 45# steel; the small gear undergoes quenching and tempering (hardness 220-250 HB), and the large gear undergoes normalizing (hardness 180-220 HB). A DC series motor manufactured by Changzhou Jinchi Motor Factory is used. This motor has the following specifications: Brand: Junjia Motor, Model: 48V1200W, Current: 22A, Core speed: 3500 r / min, Output speed after reduction: 700 r / min, Torque: 17.6 N·m, Output shaft diameter: 22 mm. A 19-tooth driving gear 304 was machined using a milling machine, with a pitch circle diameter of 47.5mm, an addendum circle diameter of 52.5mm, a dedendum circle diameter of 41.25mm, and a tooth width of 20mm. A 48-tooth driven gear 305 was then machined using the same milling machine, with a pitch circle diameter of 120mm, an addendum circle diameter of 125mm, a dedendum circle diameter of 113.75mm, and a tooth width of 20mm. A large gear drive bushing 302 was machined using a lathe, with an outer diameter of 45mm, an inner hole of 23mm × 23mm, and a length of 66mm. It was fitted with a 6209 bearing (inner diameter 45mm, outer diameter 85mm, width 19mm) and used in conjunction with the worm gear connector. A small gear drive bushing 302 was machined, with an outer diameter of 35mm, an inner diameter of 22mm, and a length of 68mm. It was fitted with a 6207 bearing (inner diameter 35mm, outer diameter 72mm, width 17mm). The small gear drive sleeve 302 has an inner diameter of 22mm, which matches the 22mm diameter of the motor output shaft. The driving gear 304 and driven gear 305 have corresponding inner holes and are connected to the drive sleeve 302 via keyways. Ideally, the driving gear 304 and drive sleeve 302, and the driven gear 305 and drive sleeve 302, should be directly machined into a single unit using a round bar. Figure 8 , Figure 9A set of two ductile iron gear protective covers 303 with wall thicknesses ranging from 3.0 mm to 10 mm were cast using sand casting. (In this embodiment, the side wall thickness of the bearing chamber 16 of the driven gear 305 is 7.0 mm, the side wall thickness of the bearing chamber 16 of the driving gear 304 is 8.0 mm, and the remaining wall thickness is 3.0 mm. The bottom plane of the bearing chamber 16 of the driven gear 305 is machined to be thinned to 1.0 mm to accommodate the 6209 bearing.) The gear protective covers 303 are symmetrical and have symmetrical mounting holes 15 around their perimeter. The gear protective cover 303 is ground, polished, and assembled. The gear protective cover 303 has a total length L = 208 mm, a single-side depth h = 33 mm, an upper large circle radius R = 80 mm, and a lower small circle radius r = 44 mm. That is, the upper large circle diameter (width) is 160 mm, and the lower small circle diameter (width) is 88 mm. The upper bearing chamber 16 has an inner diameter D2 = 85 mm and a hole diameter d2 = 78 mm. The lower bearing chamber 16 has an inner diameter D1 = 72 mm and a hole diameter d1 = 66 mm. The center distance between the two holes is a = 83.75 mm. It can completely cover the meshed state of the driving gear 304 and driven gear 305. The driving gear 304 and driven gear 305 mesh with each other. Bearings 301 are installed on both sides of the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driving gear 304 and driven gear 305. The bearing 301 of the driving gear 304 is interference-fitted and placed in the bearing chamber 16 with a depth of 17mm in the lower part of the gear protective cover 303. The bearing 301 of the driven gear 305 is interference-fitted and placed in the bearing chamber 16 with a depth of 19mm in the upper part of the gear protective cover 303. Finally, they are fixed with 6mm diameter bolts 4. The surface of the gear protective cover 303 is treated with rust prevention. Reversing switch 7: The LW26-25 model reversing switch 7 produced by Yueqing Biaoxin Electric Co., Ltd. is selected. Battery 14: The Chaowei 6-DMF-24 model 48V 24AH battery produced by Chaowei Power Group Co., Ltd. is purchased. Assembly: Screw nuts 11 onto the four threaded screws 103 of the threaded screw frame 1, then install the motor support plate 13. Place the DC motor 9 on the motor support plate 13, fix the motor base 902 with 12mm diameter bolts 4, cover it with the motor protective cover 5, and then fix it to the motor support plate 13 with angle brackets 10; adjust the perpendicularity of the gear reducer unit 3 to the ground (permissible deviation ≤ 0.05mm / m) to ensure that the side of the gear reducer unit 3 is perpendicular to the ground; install a set of two fixing brackets 2 on both sides of the gear protective cover 5 of the straightened gear reducer unit 2. The mounting hole 15 at one end of the fixing bracket 2 is fixed by connecting the mounting hole 15 on one side of the gear protective cover 5 with a 6mm diameter bolt 4, and the mounting hole 15 at the other end passes through the threaded screw 103 on the same side and is welded to the motor support plate 13. For easy handling, install lifting lugs 12 on both sides of the motor support plate 13 (see details). Figure 2). A nut 11 is screwed into the upper threaded screw 103 of the mounting hole 15 on the motor support plate 13; the power output shaft 903 of the DC motor 9 passes through the transmission shaft sleeve 302 on the drive gear 304, and is fixed with a nut 11 after keyway connection. The terminal blocks D1, D2, A1, and A2 of the bakelite board 901 are connected to the wires 6, which all pass through the wire lead-out through hole 8 on the motor protective cover 5. The wire 6 on D1 is connected to the positive terminal of the battery 14, and the wires 6 on D2, A1, and A2 are connected to the positive terminal of the battery 14. Figure 11 The conventional connection for the reversing switch 7 is as follows: the lead wire 6 of the reversing switch 7 is further connected to the negative terminal of the battery 14. If necessary, a fuse is connected in series at the output terminal of the battery 14, and a thermal relay is connected in series in the DC motor 9 circuit. Figure 12 As shown, adjust the nut 11 at the lower part of the motor support plate 13 on the threaded screw frame 1 so that the center height of the transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the driven gear 305 of the gear reducer 3 is consistent with the center height of the connecting head of the hoist worm 1701. Then tighten the four nuts 11 on the upper threaded screw 103 of the motor support plate 13 for positioning. To prevent the upper and lower nuts 11 of the motor support plate 13 from loosening, spring washers can be added if necessary. Connect the square hole on the large gear transmission shaft sleeve 302 of the mobile hydraulic gate hoist controller of this utility model to the square connecting head of the worm gear structure hand and electric hoist, and it can be put into use. The hoist transmission efficiency is ≥90%, the continuous operation time is ≥48h without failure, and the disassembly and assembly time is ≤10min.

[0049] Example 2: Taking the worm gear structure manual / electric dual-purpose gate opener with a 20-ton single-point opening force as an example, the worm gear connector is a spline head, further illustrating the feasible implementation of this utility model.
