Abstract

The application provides a quick-forming packaging box, and relates to the field of packaging boxes. The quick-forming packaging box comprises a box bottom plate, a first box side plate and a second box side plate. A first mounting groove and a second mounting groove are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the box bottom plate. The first mounting groove is communicated with the second mounting groove. The bottom side of the first box side plate is slidably connected with the first mounting groove. Limiting grooves are symmetrically formed in the side surface of the first box side plate. When the quick-forming packaging box is assembled, the bottom side of the first box side plate is inserted into the first mounting groove and slid to the bottom. Then, the two sides of the second box side plate are inserted into the limiting grooves and slid to the inside of the second mounting groove, so that the first box side plate and the second box side plate are quickly assembled to form the packaging box. Then, the first box side plate and the second box side plate are quickly bonded with the box bottom plate by a bonding assembly, so that the forming assembly is quickly completed. The amount of glue is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

The first bonding plate (401) is fixedly connected to the side of the first box side plate (2), and a second bonding plate (402) is fixedly connected to the side of the second box side plate (3). The second bonding plate (402) and the first bonding plate (401) are bonded and fixed to the surface of the box bottom plate (1) by the square tape (403).

5. A rapidly prototyping packaging box according to claim 2, characterized in that: The internal size of the square tape (403) is adapted to the size of the packaging box formed by the first box side panel (2) and the second box side panel (3).
